The walls are quite thin and the people beside us sounded like they were having a party until late into the night.

Our host kindly met us in front of the building to let us into the parking garage. The apartment was modern and comfortable, with lots of nice, thoughtful touches. We requested a sea view and got a lovely view. The balcony had a nice garden and seating area which was good to sit out and look at the amazing view. The bed was very comfortable and kitchen and living space very large. We only stayed a night but you could comfortably stay here for an extended period as the kitchen is well stocked with all utensils you could need. We could park our car in the underground carpark which was safe and the host let us keep our car there while we explored Budva after chrckout. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Wow how special - didn’t expect a managed apartment! Very clean and very spacious. Loved the good quality of everything and modern apartment design. Plenty of kitchen and bathroom supplies replaced daily if required. Two minute walk to Old Town, in very modern building. Lots of supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, shops all within easy walk. Thank you for all the lollies :). Wish I could live here!!! Would absolutely come back to stay and recommend to everyone.

Location is brilliant - right next to Budva old town! The host was amazing - she was so lovely and met us with the keys, free parking as well and housekeeping. The view of the bay from the terrace is spectacular.

Really love this place. Personally hands down the best place to stay in Budva. Internet wifi was amazing as well as I was working remotely doing video calls. View was amazing, facilities are all brand new and owner was extremely welcoming.

A bit noisy outside: during the day, because of some construction in a nearing building (even at the weekends), and during the evening because of restaurants and night club or the first floor of the building. Didn’t bother us very much, but could be a problem for somebody.

The view is really awesome! And the location! Close to the old town, beaches and great promenade (one day we were able to go to the Sveti Stefan (around 2h) along the sea). The apartment is well-equipped (especially the kitchen) and is cleaned every day. The balcony is stunning!

I recently stayed at Amare Luxury Apartments in Budva, Montenegro for 4 nights and 5 days, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The location of the apartments was fantastic, situated in the heart of Budva with easy access to the beach, the promenade, old town and other nearby attractions. The apartments themselves were truly luxurious. The interior design was modern and stylish, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and impeccably clean. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the amenities provided, from the plush bedding to the fully equipped kitchenette. The staff at Amare Luxury Apartments were exceptional. They were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with any request or inquiry.The house keeping staff were always very kind and respectful. One highlight was the breathtaking view from the apartment balcony. It offered a panoramic view of the Budva coastline, which was simply mesmerizing, especially during sunrise and sunset. It provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation and enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Overall, My partner and I had a fantastic experience at Amare Luxury Apartments. The combination of their prime location, luxurious accommodations, attentive staff, and stunning views made my stay memorable. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Budva, Montenegro.

On arrival it would be great if one could have clearer instruction on where to stop or gain access to parking.

The location is amazing. Definitely would love to stay here again. The staff were warm and welcoming and went out of their way to make us comfortable and happy as guests.
