Everything was great. The room was big and clean. The terrace was huge and the view was WOW. The pool- big, clean water and amazing view. I will go again in this hotel for sure.

Check in was a little confusing as there are 2 reception areas and you naturally walk in at the unmanned desk, so a few more signs would be a good idea to point you in the right direction. The pool had a little cafe which serves drinks and ice cream which was fab, but it would have been absolutely perfect if it had also done light bites too. We managed fine though and on pool days we ordered a gyros or a pizza on Glovo to be delivered The beach is directly opposite the hotel, just a short walk away, but that part is very busy and playing loud music all the time, however if you walk to the left (as you look out to sea) about 5 mins there are loads of more family friendly restaurants and beaches, though the beaches were too busy every day to get a sunbed so that was the only problem, but we expected it being August. We kept walking round the bend and found a really quiet pebble beach cove which we easily got a bed on. The waters were clear.. beautiful. Would be handy if the hotel had given us a map of the area when we checked in, showing us where the supermarket, bakery, good restaurants etc were.

The swimming pool is the best feature of the hotel. It is spotlessly clean and with plenty of sunloungers available. We had a two bedroom apartment which was actually one bedroom and then the lounge/kitchen / living space had a bed in it too, but that was absolutely fine and worked well for us as a family. The beds were really comfy. The rooms were cleaned daily with a change of beds and towels half way through our stay, which was great. The balconies were spacious and had everything we needed. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.

The property is on a hill and if you don’t have a car it’s a little bit hard to go up and down to the beach. I wouldn’t recommend it to people without a car. After 8pm there is no one at the reception desk so we had a problem the first night. We couldn’t enter the parking lot so we had to leave our car on the street. Also, our room didn’t have balcony in the end.

The property is very clean. The room is spacious, they clean it every day. There is everything one needs inside, even the washing machine and a kitchen

Amazing, big pool with a beautiful view - always had plenty of sunbeds to relax on. Spacious room with everything you could need and brilliant aircon! Perfect location for visiting the beach and lots of local restaurants in Becici. Also very handy for catching the local mini bus to Budva and Sveti Stefan as a stop is right outside hotel when leaving via the elevator to the beach. Highly recommended and we look forward to returning soon.

It would have been nice if the hotel had a restaurant on premise, but very nice restaurants were located nearby. :)

It is located a bit too far from Budva. Not a walking distance. The beach is a bit too far and is very loud and loaded with people. The hotel wifi is not working at the pool.

Missing kitchen utensils, big fridge and washing dish machine. There are space in the flat for this.

Location - next to the beach, supermarket, gym, restaurants Staff are nice and helpful Pool - pool lounger always available Garage Flat - very comfortable with nice view Cleanliness - everyday the cleaners were coming to ask us with we need a toilet paper and to take away the garbage. One day we were out and they even washed the dishes :). Other than that, they clean every 3-4 days all flat (changing towels, bed linen, clean bathroom, floor...)

The on site restaurant was shut but I expected this and was informed beforehand. There are a few places not far to eat at or the nearby supermarket for supplies so not too bad in all. Also, I noticed there was no hall mirror to check your appearance before leaving the hotel; only a small one in the bathroom. That can be easily added.

The proximity of the beach was convenient, the views were exceptional. The apartment was clean and spacious and everything had been considered for self service. Attention to detail meant there was even some laundry and dishwasher soap provided. Reception staff were friendly and helpful for local directions. We went in late Oct so the tourist activities were closed for winter but that fit into my plans for a quiet break.

Beware the outdoor pool is NOT heated, despite it saying that it is within their facilities list. Also, there is hot water storage so when the hot water is gone you have to wait for it to re-heat!!

Rooms are modern and well equipped. Our balcony was a good size with a great view.

Not a non-smokers apart-hotel - some guests smoke inside their rooms and the smell of the smoke infiltrating the hallway and our room was at times really unpleasant. The kids play area advertised on Booking.com (pictures) does NOT exist and should not be presented as such. It's located under the stairs under the pool in an unfinalized area of the building amidst old ladders and all sorts of rubbish left behind by guests. It's not clean and really looks just abandoned there. The weekly cleaning of the rooms could be improved - we had to ask for the floors to be cleaned a couple of times and were told that the lack of personnel leads to a lack of time for them to spend on each room. Now as much as this can be understood, when one charges premium prices in the midst of a high travel season in a 4* accommodation, the minimum would be to ensure there is enough people working in good conditions so they can do their jobs properly. Last note would be on the beach - it's not a private beach as many have pointed out and it's not very easy to access. The signaling of how to get there via the staircases of the apart-hotel is unclear and confusing - it lands you down the heavily trafficked road 'magistrala' where you then need to look for a crossing which isn't flagged anywhere. The other way is via the main entrance of the apart-hotel and with a small child it will easily take you 15 min or more, which is not the end of the world, but not a comfortable walk. I would add that the best beaches are not the ones right down the hill (crowded and not well kept). Rent a car and head to Kamenovo Beach, King's & Queen's beach, Sveti Stefan/Milocer, Tivat (Waikiki, Almara Beach, Lustica Bay), Boka Kotorska...

The room is spacious with all the amenities one needs for a short holiday stay. The bed was a super comfortable king size and the bed linen and towels were of good quality. Same for the cot provided for our child - it's a proper cot with adapted bed linen - it was very much appreciated. The terrace with the pool/sea view is a big plus (for the rooms that have it) and we loved the pool which is right underneath the rooms, easy to reach and clean. It's perfect for both adults and kids and was probably one of the reasons we chose the Belvedere residence. The little coffee shop/bar is very valuable considering there is not much around the appart hotel catering wise - a shame there is no food options served on the premises. The personnel is very kind and available and overall the stay was pleasant and comfortable.

The big minus was that the hotel is on huge rocky hill so the stairs was hard enough for family with baby and pram ( they are lifts but still stairs to go from the beach side street)

Excellent apparments with all facilities including in one of the bathroom jacuzzi bath...2 balconies with see and pool view, big rooms kitchen with everything you need for self catering...

There was no shampoo or body wash in the container under the shower. Also, there was very little dishsoap left. I think there should be some paper towels for guests to use as it is an apartment, not just a room. For the price you pay I feel the hotel should put some more thought into details.

The pool is amazing and the location is perfect - distant enough to get some peace and quiet, yet close enough to walk to main attractions. Personnel was amazing, we felt welcomed.
