How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Everything was perfect!
The apartment is fantastic! You can find everything you need in it, they thought of all the details. In front of the apartment you have a private parking lot and a place to rest. The hosts are very kind! They are at your disposal at all times. The apartment is what was very important to me. They have their own dog who is very friendly, so I didn't have to worry a bit. They spent a lot of time playing together in the yard. All recommendations!

It's a bit difficult to find the place, there are no signs whatsoever. But the host was responsive and came to meet us very quickly when we wrote to him.
I was surprised in a positive way what a nice little apartment it was. It had everything you would expect, and more!

All was absolutely perfect :)
One of the best apartament I have ever stayed in. Very clean and spacious, very well equipped, washing machine, coffee machine, free car parking under the roof, close to city center, very nice owner. Great value for money. I wish all apartaments would be like this one. Definitely would stay again!!

Very helpful owner. Apartment is comfortable, almost new. Outside there is a nice place to sit. Location is very beatiful and calm, close to center. Everything was perfect. We were pleasantly surprised with a treat.

The host was a kind person. He had provided everything in the apartment such as coffee, tea, salt, seasoning, shower gel… During a week of our stay in Montenegro it was the first place that had this stuff. He charged us a price lower than we had booked.

like pretty much everything. Electric kettle to boil water for tea and coffee would have been useful
very nice and comfortable apartment in a good location, close to the city center, but on a quiet street. The host was very nice and helpful and guided us to the private parking over a video call. He also had flexibility over our check out time, which was very good, as we had a late flight

It's a short walk from city center, but it's worth it!
The host was very nice and met us to show us the way to the aprtment. the place itself is great - very spacious, with every think you can need. For us it was great becaus we came with a car and the apartment has its own parking lot.

This is a very nice property with very good garden. It is located in quite area which is on walking distance to the centre of the town. The owners are very friendly people and they shared with us a lot off useful information about town and point of interest in Niksic area. We really spend good time there. The property is equipped nice with new facilities. It is with good insulation and there was no need to use additional air conditioning instead it is existing and outside was huge temperature.
There was no anythink which can mentioned in negative content during our stay.

The quality-price ratio is unbolieveble. Location is great, near city center. There is parking. There is two TVs, even android. There is everything. Big recomendation!!!
