The hotel is excellent, located in a peaceful part of town, a 5-10 minute walk to the center. It has an underground garage which is not large, but there was always space available. Very clean apartment, towels, etc., are changed every 2 days. Excellent WI-FI signal. Bojana, the girl at the reception, is extremely kind and always at your service.

Close to the beach, on the walking distance to city centre. Staff very polite. Very clean, modern apartments, with amenities. Comfortable beds. Free parking available in the underground garage from where you can take elevators to the rooms. Excellent breakfast in the caffe next door, included in the price. Enough sockets.

The personal is great, answered all questions, and helped with the transfer to the airport. A good silent place, with a large product shop on the opposite side. A few restaurants nearby. The historical site is in 25-30-minute walk. Breakfast service starts a bit late, after 8 AM.

The staff are really friendly from the reception to the bar. The room is exceptionally clean and the bedsheets smells really good I can sleep the whole day if I can.

Tiny variety for breakfast, but meal is high quality and delicious. Have some problems and can't pay by card.

The great view on mountain and the window has special blinds. The staff is helpful and nice. Bathroom with window with the view on mountains and has an excellent sanitary engineering.

Great location, 250m from the beach. There is a Market on the other side of the street. On the same street, there are several fine restaurants. 20min walk to the Old Town. At this stage hotel is cooperating with local PUB which has great food and drinks. Rooms are very modern and comfortable. Personel is very kind and helpful, especially Mrs. Bojana who told us everything about Montenegro, tips, advices. Thanks to her we know better about Montenegro. We stayed for 7 days, which is more than enough to explore Budva, Thanks to the location you can use it as a base to explore rest of the country. For sure we will come back to this place. During the first evening of my stay I noticed there was no hot water in the shower. This is a fairly common problem for Montenegro. Bojana was very quick to offer a solution. However that solution may be unavailable when the hotel is at full capacity during summer season. And I am sure it will quickly become very popular. The location is generally good, very close to the sea and various tourist attractions but once again, during high season there could be issues with the street nearby being too noisy and crowded. Overall, all that does not take away from the great experience and I could recommend the hotel to everyone.

Overall this is the best hotel I have stayed in over a 1-year period in Montenegro. It is also one of the best I have been to in terms of quality/price ratio in the world. The rooms are spotlessly clean, and provide all the amenities you could expect from a hotel room. I also got a free upgrade to a superior or family room and it was extremely spacious but even the regular rooms are great. All the staff is friendly and professional. I want to especially highlight Bojana's work. She was very quick to react to all wishes and requests.

Often nobody was on the reception , if not the help from the restaurant in the hotel I would need to wait so long to get any response. Small breakfast menu, few meals which you can choose from the card. Can be uncomfortable for people who don’t smoke , restaurant allow smoking inside.

Great location, close to the beach and center. Comfortable bed, quiet. Friendly staff.
