The host is amazing, such a lovely and positive lady. She was at our disposal at any moment, very friendly, polite and helpful. She even lent me some books because I forgot to bring them from home. We enjoyed every moment of our stay. Piece, quiet and private beach made our stay in Utjeha one of the best holidays ever. Private parking, good fish restaurants nearby. This was our first time in Utjeha and we will definitely come back.

Unfortunately there is no beach in proximity. Only rocky shore, not friendly at all with beginners in sea swimming. The pool toilet cleaning was not properly maintained during the day. Car it is a must. Reaching the main road from the place will be quite challenging for most of the people.

Great value for the money. Well constructed building. We had one of the last levels apartment and in the evening the AC was not need it. The rooms were quite good soundproofed. The exterior and the interior were spotless. Incredible view. Great parking premises. Pool was refilled with fresh sea water every second day. Friendly and customer oriented owners. Cosy and we’ll equipped room. One big kitchen will all appliances was freely for use for anybody that need it. Enough sun beds and umbrellas. Sea entry well designed and maintained. One great place with food 2 min away. Conclusion: Do not hesitate, for sure you will enjoy it.

Nothing we did not like. However, if you have mobility issues or large luggage we recommend you insist to be on the lower floors as the residence does not have elevators. The rooms could do with more power points.

A very clean room with Great sea views. The balcony is a good addition. Fridge was appreciated as well as tea/ coffee facility.. The manager was extremely helpful and friendly with a great personality. One of the restaurant nearby has regular live music. No sandy beach but the residence is right on the water, bring your snorkel, mask and flippers....! A salt water pool is also great during the hot summer nights...

We stayed in a family room, which consists of a small living room with a tiny kitchen and a bedroom. Well, the bedroom does not have air conditioning, there's only one AC in the living room. And its external unit is very noisy so if you want to sit down on the balcony you'll have to switch the AC off. The wi-fi signal in our room was very weak, almost no signal, so we had to go out of the room in the hallway to read the news and stuff. Usually weak wi-fi is not a big issue because you can always use mobile internet instead. But inside the hotel mobile internet was also hardly alive. So, strong wi-fi could've been a salvation, lol. Very limited kitchen utilities and a tiny refrigerator which was even unable to freeze ice cubes. There's enough space for a full-sized fridge, so maybe the owners could consider the idea of putting full-sized fridges at least in family rooms.

The location is fantastic! The hotel is situated right on a rocky sea shore. Sunbeds and sunshades are included in the price. The pool has sea water in it. The view from the balcony was also very nice. We enjoyed our relaxing stay here. The sea is very clean and it was fun swimming with a mask on. There's also another nice beach called Hladna Uvala right nearby with several nice fairly-priced restaurants. Free parking is right next to the hotel. In the evening you can seat down on the beach with a bottle of wine and enjoy the sunset. But don't forget to take mosquito repellents with you! The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful!

The property is right in front of the sea, with an amazing view directly to the sea, big windows, and a balcony. The neighbourhood is cheap and quiet, not a popular touristic destination, which makes it very intimate and peaceful. You can go by car to Valdanos beach (10-15 min). The area is full of secular olive forests. There are cheap stores nearby, convenient if you travel by car. The room is equipped well, airconditioning is working well. The room is clean and bright. If it's a bad day for swimming - there's a pool with sea water, which is changing everyday. There are multiple sea entrances,

There were days when there was a smell coming from the pipes in the toilet, however, the cleaning staff was quick to respond to the issue.

Location, location, location! Loved waking up and falling asleep with the sound of the waves. Everything was exceptional, including staff, and it was such a wonderful place for a relaxing vacation with the kids. Highly recommended.

Exceptionally beautiful setting and wonderful hosts - kindest and warmest people you would ever meet. The place is virtually on the edge of the sea and has several private platforms for getting into the sea and sunbathing. This is extremely comfortable, especially if you didn't forget to chill your "Nikcichko" beer in the fridge. Should you need wild crowds, bars and clubs and don't have your hired car - the taxi ride to a beautiful Ulcinj is only 15 minute drive away. We spent 10 nights in this place and would certainly be back.
