The place has a good location. Between Budva and Kotor. It has everything you need for a holiday. The hosts are welcoming and responsive.

The apartments are just off the main road and we're a little noisy at times.

The hosts were lovely, our room was comfortable and had everything we needed for our two night stay. The take away shop out front was an a bonus.

On the first evening something happened with the electricity as the lights at the living room area stopped working. The area is very noisy especially if you rent an apartment facing the street, but I knew about this in advance. It was just a bit more noisy then expected, as it is traffic on the strada even after midnight. The air conditioner (which is essential on summer if you choose the studio at the 3d floor as we did) is a a very wrong place, right above the bed on the galery, which is very unhealthy to keep switched on while sleeping, so we chose the noise & open windows. The balcony is not real balcony as if you open the "balcony" door you get directly to the corridor where everyone passes through.

The size of the apartment was as expected, it was eqipped enough (kitchen, bathroom), quiet comfortable. Very friendly hosts, the mother and her daughter also, they are very kind. Absolutely correct apartment and service for this price category.

Family Ivetic was extremely friendly and kind to us,from planned 1 night we stayed 3 nights. We felt like at home. Apartment was clean,spacious and well equipped with all you need. If you are coming with a car this is perfect location,just between Kotor and Budva,with spacious parking and amazing nature around. There are lots of shops and bakeries nearby. Family Ivetic thank you all so much for your hospitality!!

Family Ivetic were extremely warm and welcoming to us. Balkan hospitality at its best. Our kids loved to play with their kids and grandchildren every evening. Apartment was good, clean and cold enough eith airconditioning. There is a large piece of grassland in front of the appartments suitable to play, also a lot of toys laying around. Directly in front of the apartments om the road side is a grill place, nothing fancy, but the food is good.

If you're visiting Kotor and have a car, this is the best place you can stay at! Amazingly spacious, clean and comfortable rooms, convenient location just outside Kotor without the crowds and with an amazing mountain view, and the nicest hostess we have ever come across.

More than perfect. The owners are super friendly and kind. They made us feel like home. Sometimes a warm smile can make your day. We enjoyed so much sitting outside enjoying the view of the mountains. The grill house in front of the house has the best barbeque meat we tried in montenegro. Do not miss it. The location of the apartment is ideal if you have a car. Close to the main cities without thinking about the parking in the centre. You avoid all the traffic jam. Nearby there are plenty of bakeries and supermarkets. The room was super clean and tidy and fully equipped if you want to cook. It was definitely the best stay in our whole balkan trip.

Air conditioning did not work so it was v hard to sleep. As it was v hot and humid in the room. There was water leaking from it so we had to switch it off. I am sure they will fix, and the host said they did not know. Someone started cutting grass at 5am so that did not help either. No one got good sleep. I guess may be ok for others as we had bad luck

The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke (despite the no smoking sign), so we were glad that we were only sleeping one night there. Also there was only a bathtub (no shower).

Nice location with Mountain View and out of the busy city center. Kind hosts. We got a complementary upgrade to a room with a kitchen/living room (since they were painting our original room). Simple furnishings. Very quiet.

We stayed at the upper floor and our first apartment started smelling like sewage in the middle of the night. The smell was coming from the toilet probably due to the changing weather conditions and probable lack of a siphon. Fortunately, we were able to change apartments on the next day and the situation improved.

The location is great between Kotor and Budva, however, a car is highly recommended. The bed is comfortable, the wine is great and the apartment was clean. The host was nice and accommodating.
