My sister & I have just returned from a 5 day trip to Kotor, & we have to say that the whole stay was faultless! On arrival, the host (Tony) and his wife were waiting for us, they then kindly showed us to our room & made sure we were all set for the next few days. Studio apartment was as expected, very clean, modern & had everything we needed for our short stay. The views are also incredible! Apartment is a 30 minute walk into Kotor old town or 5 minute bus. We also made a visit to Porto Montenegro which is around 20/30 minutes on the bus and only €1.50! Overall, we would definitely recommend a stay at Apartments Rozer.. it was perfect!

The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The room was nice and clean and the whole building was beautiful. Amazing view and nice area in the front to lay by the ocean and swim. Also very nice suprise that there was cold water available at all times for guests.

Everything!!! If we could have stay longer I think we would definitely have. We had the best time ever during our Montenegro trip. It is super great located, super clean, super modern, the view and the access to the sea is gorgeous. Truly amazing and hosts are the nicest!

We loved everything.

First of all, our hosts, the Rozers, were really nice and helpful. They let us keep our car in their garage and even took care of cleaning the car! Could not think of better hosts! The room we stayed at was clean, luxurious and well equipped. The bed was superb. The private beach was a bonus we did not expect. Overall, a five star experience. We sincerely recommend.

This is your perfect choice to stay if you plan trip around Kotor bay. The apartment has the most wonderful sea and mountain view, which will make you want to stay in Muo during the whole vacation. It also has perfect private beach right in front of the house, equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas, it's clean and has enough space even if the apartments are full, which is really important because there aren't many public beaches around the bay. Rozer apartments are newly renovated, have everything you can think of and the hygiene is on highest level. Kotor old town is within walking distance, around 20-30 minutes, but it also has a bus and taxi with affordable cost (for us was 4 euros), if you travel with your own car don't worry about the parking, you can easily find free street parking. Also, the hosts are some of the nicest people we have ever met, so welcoming and helpful ☺️ Briefly, if you happened to find an available apartment, I suggest you to reserve it immediately without hesitation.

The host was as good as it could get. Communication & assistance with every request was beyond perfect. Could not dream of a better place for vacation. Private beach was cozy and stylish, just 5 meters from our yard. Rooms were neat and clean, towels replaced, drinking water supply always ensured.

We had an excellent stay. Apartment was clean and it was close to the old town. There is everything you need for a short or a longer stay. The view from the balcony in amazing and small private beach in front of the house is excellent. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to the old town or 5 minutes by taxi. We also used a bus that runs regularly. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. I recommend this apartment highly :)

The apartment is actually a one-bedroom penthouse and there is only one ac and that is in the living room. Therefore, it was a bit hot in the sleeping areas. But, the hosts warn about this issue and give a chance to use the sofa bed in the living room. Also, the sea was usually polluted for unknown reasons, but this has nothing to do with the Apartments Rozer. And yet, if you like to have a sea & sun holiday, it would be better not to choose Kotor in the first place.

We really loved our stay at the Apartments Rozer. It was a cosy and fully-equipped apartment with a beautiful view of the Bay of Kotor. Cleanliness was far more than we expected. Plus, the Rozer family was extremely kind, warm, and helpful. The apartment has a private access to the sea and they offer sun beds, umbrellas, shower, and even sea towels. It is about 3 km to Kotor Old Town. So, it takes half an hour walk or a few minutes drive to the centre. Taxi costs about 5 euros. And although they were so irregular for us to catch, there are also public buses (Blueline). There is a mini-market nearby and it is possible to find free parking place around the house.

If you are going by car, the roads are a bit narrow, finding a parking space and parking can be a problem.

The room is clean and everything you need is in the room. Location is great. It is right next to the sea and if you want to go to the old town, 5 minutes by car or a bus passes in front of the house.

Living there is better to have a car, there is a public parking so do not worry. To get to sea you need to cross a street which is quite inconvenient but typical for this area

We liked being there so much that we decided to stay there for a day longer. The owners are so nice they will answer all your questions and be sure you have everything you need. The room was small but cosy. The fridge, basic kitchen staff and washing machine was there. 2km to Kotor. This place for rest is the best

Very clean and cosy with all conveniences: kitchen, bathroom, washing machine (detergent is provided). Cleaning and change (linen, towels) is conducted upon request. Owners presented their own bottle of wine. At the house-private place for swimming. Swimming towels are provided as well. Location is about 30-40 minutes walk to the old city. By city bus-1 euro but they go not often and 3 euro by taxi. See tours (small boats) can be ordered with landing on/off beside the apartment.

Cannot say what was better. Room was more than clear and comfortable! fully equipped, great private beach with breathtaking view, location is excellent (cca 3e taxi to Kotor), house holders are lovely people, really nurturing, pleasant and polite. Overall impression is perfect, we are definitely coming back. One of our best vacations was here and Rozer apartments are one of main reasons.

It was a great experience living in this apartment, it was very nice and clean. The hosts are extremely friendly. Wi-fi worked well, it might be important for those who need to work. There is no parking near the apartment itself, but we always could find a free slot not far away. The place itself is very quiet and peaceful, comparing to the crowded Budva, for example. There are no beaches within the nearest distance, but there is a private territory right near the home with lounges and umbrellas which is quite good for swimming, sunbathing, etc. And the view is amazing. The shop where you can find everything except for the meat is located close to the home. We are completely satisfied with our stay there.

Apt Rozer was a wonderful and peaceful place to stay with the most comfortable and convenient little private beach. Beautiful view from the balcony, easy access both to old city of Kotor and small supermarkets nearby. Everything just as it should be when You want to spend a wonderful vacation with your family. Very welcoming and pleasant owners that are very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and we definitely recommend this place.

Only downside was not having parking, but there were parking spots available a short walk away. Definitely recommend, hope to be back again soon.

Excellent location in Muo, close enough to Kotor but far enough away to be peaceful. Stunning balcony views. Wonderful hosts, very friendly, the highlight for us was having access to their private beach for a swim and sun lounge access. We had a long stay and wanted a kitchenette to be able to make our some meals ourselves, so this was a great option. Drinking water was also provided which was a massive plus. And their family wine is excellent!

Such a beautiful location with clean and comfy rooms. The hosts were extremely welcoming and generous throughout the stay and made it a pleasure to be there. The access to a private patio was such a bonus- being one of the nicest places to swim in the area!
