Cute Cosy apartment with a balcony and lovely view. Host's father was very nice. Gave me information for travel and carried my suitcase down the steps to the main road. Good TV, having Netflix etc. Also had vital supplies for sale, cheaper than the shops, like beer and wine.

Be aware that there are a lot of steps to reach this apt and then to get down to the town but the view is worth it.

Location and views from our balcony were fantastic. The apt is nicely decorated with a nautical theme and very well equipped. It felt very homey and we wished we could have stayed longer. The host could not have been nicer.

This is my second time here and it's still one of my favourite places. The view is picture-postcard – perfect for sitting on the terrace soaking up the sun – the apartment is very comfortable, and the host is a very kind and gracious gentleman who he helped me to catch my bus on the main road. Many thanks – I will return!

Jacob is an amazing host and a very interesting person. He has expertly put the place together with such skill and care. He has thought of every detail, such as having a parsol and mat for the beach and a laptop table on wheels. With a clever design, he has fit so much into a small space and beautifully presented. Finally, such amazing views from the balcony and inside, probably the best in Perast. We wish we had stayed longer here rather than Kotor.

A cooking pan would have been great as well as a couple more rolls of toilet paper, but this is absolutely cherry picking. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

The apartment is beautiful and very bright, offers absolutely stunning views of Kotor bay, probably one of best in town. It was very clean and had great furnishings and lots of helpful kitchen appliances (coffee machine, mixer, crepe maker etc) as well as beach mats and an umbrella, great balcony and deckchairs. Yes, one needs to walk up a few stairs to get there, but that's the situation everywhere in town where such an amazing view is available (so I really don't understand the minus points some guests took off for this). The place is even better than the pictures show :) The owner is very friendly, explained the use of everything and gave us helpful tips. Checkout is relaxed at 12, which is unusually late in the country :)

Amazing place to stay in the old town. This is a studio apartment with full kitchen so you don't have to eat in restaurants all the time. Atmospheric interior with a lot of fancy details. And the main thing - terrace with perfect seaview! Host was so friendly and helpful. Thanks for everything!

As we arrived to Perast in the dark, the instructions to locate the property were very difficult to follow and we lost our way. I would be happy to suggest improvements should the owner require it. We were told that the property would be open on arrival but it was locked, which was very stressful in the dark. We eventually found the owner’s telephone number and he arranged for someone to arrive with the key. By the time he arrived all the restaurants were closed so we could not get a meal; not the best start to our holiday. The mattress needs to be replaced IMMEDIATELY!

The view from the balcony was amazing. The kitchen was well equipped and the washing machine was very useful. The wifi was very good too.

There are difficult to find parking space but with some luck we managed with this problem. Everyday church bells are ringing early in the morning...and that's a definitely very annoying during our stay

The place is amazing, fantastic view to the town and the bay, comfortable bed with everything that you need for perfect vacation. Well equipped apartment with good wi-fi Communication with the host was very easy and helpful. The small table and chairs on the patio was a perfect place to rest and enjoy a drink while looking at a breathtaking view of the sea and city.

The apartment is very clean and beautifully designed. It has a very well equipped kitchen, and the shower is very good too. I think it has the best view of Perast you can possibly find! We could stay on the terrace hours staring at all this beauty. Can't wait to come back and stay there again!

The owner / administrator forgot to declare us at the police (as tourists) so, on back home trip we was stop by the police and they almost giving us a 60 euro contravention penalty for that. Fortunately, the policeman was a good guy.

it was a small apartment with a fantastic view to the town and the bay.( with some steps of course) The owner waited for us (we had to park with our car on the upper road), he was very supportive. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped (but no microwave, and some dishes were a bit old).

Small studio apartment in old town Perast. Difficult to find and a decent amount of steps from the town to get to the apartment. Host was very friendly and accommodating, and even came to fetch me when I couldn't locate the apartment. Since I had parked in the public parking area by the sea, I just left my vehicle there so I'm not sure about the parking location for the apartment. Kitchen was stocked with all appropriate wares to make cooking/eating easy. I would happily stay here again if I'm in Perast.

Russians partying all around - you cannot just sit calmly outside in the evening and enjoy the scene. Noisy fridge near bed. Curtains not dark. I felt stressed with finding a location to park a car because host send pictures instead of GPS coordinates even when asked specifically.

Location is great. We had a wonderful view. Apartment had everything we needed, a lot of kitchen appliances which we used and loved. Our host was extremly helpful with everything. I can not stress enough how helpful and caring he was.
