Just a point for those who can not do steps, the apartments are up the hill and lots of steps to climb from the sea front.

The apartment was in a quiet location and had fantastic views of Budva from the balcony. It was spotless, comfortable beds, everything you need for a few days stay. Hosts were great providing cakes on arrival, nice touch. Small kitchen available for drinks and food prep. Highly recommend.

Everything was great, but be aware that the house is on a hill with a few sets of stairs.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The property is clean and well maintained. Location and view is unbeatable. We were treated with the most gracious and generous hospitaly throughout the stay.

There is no parking and also very difficult to find so make sure you know where you will park ahead of arrival

Upon arrival at the apartment we were greeted warmly, with a smile and sweets. The view from the window to the sea is simply amazing. Located close to the sea.We found everything we needed in the shared kitchen for preparing breakfast. The room has a refrigerator and hair dryer. You can also ask the hostess for an iron.

Staying at this owner’s homestay was an absolute pleasure. The place was immaculately clean, with a beautiful surrounding environment. The owner and his daughter were incredibly friendly and hospitable, making the entire experience even more enjoyable.

Communication at times a bit difficult as only the owner's daughter speaks English. If everyone is making an effort (and the owner is), that isn't really a problem. From old town it's a few flights of stairs upwards - but that's the price to pay for a good view

Everything! One of the best apartments I stayed at so far. Hosts super friendly. View from the huge balcony is gorgeous. Perfect to chill and relax! Everything you need (supermarket, restaurants etc.) in short walking distance. Would (and will) definitely book again.

No air conditioning in the bedroom and noise from the street.

Great location about 5 minutes by foot to Old Town and beach. Great owner, she cleaned everyday and changed towels. She gave wine and cake. She was very nice. View from balcony is beautiful.

We enjoyed everything regarding our stay at Villa Jovana! The room including the bathroom was clean and super comfortable, a well equipped shared kitchen, the balcony view was amazing and the welcome we got from the host and her daughter was just wonderful! The top thing was, though, the location of the place, with just a few minutes walk from historic Budva, a supermarket nearby and a nice, calm local beach as well

the only thing we were missing is a full length mirror, and some additional shelves in the bathroom for our stuff. Also, the common kitchen might need some tidy up, cleaning out the coffee/tea/sugar jars.

The owners are very nice, we got welcome cake and wine, which was amazing, nice terrace, comfy bed, good location.

We stayed in the room 1 and we could not stay in the balcony to relax and talk because the neighbours next door was so rude and all the time was saying Silencee ☹️ 😔but we just was talking normaly because we was on holiday and we want to enjoy this 4 days there and also was not allowed to talk from the exit door untill the gate in the road! 😣😣

They don’t take card payment, had to withdraw cash, no receipt either. Also had to pay our local tax ourselves in a tourist office. Normally hotels do it for you.

Small but well appointed room with a balcony with lovely view. A little shared kitchenette at the end of the corridor good enough to make coffee or take a breakfast bowl. Nice lady is looking after the property, her daughter speaks good English. Very homely and welcoming atmosphere.

There were some electrical wiring hanging in the balcony and bathroom which seemed a bit odd. Also i would have used different kind of bedding, but thats just a personal preference.

The apartment was in a great location, close to the old town and a supermarket. Quite a lot of stairs when going up from the city, but the distance is short. The balcony had a view of the sea. The room (apartment - private balcony) also had a washing machine and a clothes drying rack. The hostess Sanya was friendly. She didn't speak English, but we got help from Marina in English via WhatsApp when needed. We were also able to rent a car directly to the apartment through her.
