The views are stunning. It is well situated for trips to Risan, Kotor & boat trips on the lake. The room is exactly as the ad, very comfortable, very neat & clean, with a lovely balcony where you can enjoy a meal. The kitchenette has everything you would require. I loved that there was a wardrobe, I hate my clothes lying in a suitcase. Viewed from outside it has lots of character & is historic. It blends in perfectly with the quaint little village. We stayed 5 days & can 100 recommend this guesthouse

Nothing. This place is perfect!

From my 2 and a half weeks holiday in Montenegro, changing accommodation nearly every day, Guesthouse Žmukić was easily the best place I stayed in and I loved all the others as well!! This guesthouse is special and the host is delightful and so helpful. The room I stayed in blew me away - picture postcard, insanely good view and balcony - like something from a movie. The owners have literally thought of everything!! I've never stayed in a place where so many little details were considered in the room! TOP TOP MARKS! Would recommend to anyone and everyone! x

The terrace view was absolutely amazing! Also, the owner was extremely lovely, she even came to our apartment at 9 p.m. when we called her because we didn't know how to turn the stove on. The apartment had everything we needed, even more than that. Perfect weekend getaway, we will return definitely.

One of the greatest places I've stayed at. Very comfortable, clean and cozy. Amazing and helpful host. The best is the view from the balkony - on Boka Bay, mountains and the islands. So beautiful. Highly recommend!

It was all great.

Katarina and her family were amazing hosts. So welcoming and friendly, they did everything they could to make our stay as pleasant as possible - even in a storm! They were so kind to drive us to the bus stop so early in the morning for our flight and relaxed when the card machine wasn't working to pay strait away. We loved the place and wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks, for the stay and hope to stay again.

The view and my bedroom were really nice! The property had a nice little patio at the front by the sea where you could relax :) Katarina and her family were really lovely and made me feel like home! Very much recommended!

Nothing everything was perfect.

Very friendly owners who made us feel very welcome. The position of Guesthouse Žmukic is the best in Perast, right on the water and only a short walk to restaurants, their recommendations were perfect and made reservations for us. The bed was very very comfortable, great shower plenty of hot water and strong pressure.

There was nothing to dislike

Everything was perfect for us. Home from home and very welcoming owners. Accommodation was extremely well equipped, clean and comfortable with lots of lovely and caring extras. We wanted for nothing. Owner, Katarina and her family were the perfect hosts and made our stay first class.

As we stayed for a few days, this was not the issue, but there is only one relatively small cabinet, meaning that for the longer stay you would have to leave your clothes in suitcases.

It is a beautiful apartment. The room was recently renovated. We liked the view of the bay in the morning (picture attached). The terrace is above Moritz ice in the soft shadow of wine grapes. The owners were great and eager to help. Would have stayed longer if I knew how good it would be.

Nothing whatsoever

We spent a blissful fortnight at Guesthouse Zmukic. The apartment was stunning - traditional stone building - loved the authenticity of the building. The view from our balcony was amazing & we felt so relaxed and happy. Our apartment was immaculate - comfy bed, table & chairs both inside & on the balcony. Lovely hot shower- kitchen with two ring hob, fridge and every utensil you would need- even a coffee maker & teabags! Our hosts were the warmest & kindest family & went out of their way to make us welcome- not intrusive but on hand instantly if needed as we did as I injured my ankle - Mirela came with pain relief , bandages & a foot massage. Can’t thank them enough or stress how fantastic this place is ❤️❤️❤️

Amazing place on the west side of Perast. Right next to the Perast museum, and 3 min walk to the West beach and Pirat bar. Whole place is in old Perast style. Stone walls, and old school windows on the one side, and perfect lightening on the other. Bathroom stole my heart-stone+marble makes it just adorable. Special detail on the outside walls-wholes where keepers held their guns back in the old times. You have everything that you need here-dishwashing machine, coffee machine, kettle, fridge, microwave, flat tv with netflix and other programs to watch. Bed is large and comfortable, and everything is super clean. In front od building you have two large common balconies, right next to the sea, with beautifull view and cozy garden chairs. During nights you'll sleep like a baby, it's so pleasant and quite. Hostes are so lovely-they will provide everything that you need right on the spot. They bring you clean towels on two days basis. I'm in love, and will come back for sure!

We had the most amazing stay - we loved having coffee overlooking the view which is even better in person. it’s very close to Perast beach which is small but beautiful. We didn’t want to leave! we also got help figuring out the bus times. we also loved the communal terrace.
