The location was a bit unclear and the Wifi didn’t work in our room which was unfortunate.

I liked the location that was near the old city and Mogren beach.

If you are driving I wouldn’t rent this place, parking is extortionate everywhere in Budva, so it would definitely be better to get an apartment with parking. We learnt the hard way!

There was only cups and keetlle ,no water, tea or coffee. It was weird for us. I dont know maybe in Montenegro it was normal. we stayed number 9. Bed was bad. It wasnt comfortable and everytime you turn or move it makes noisy sound, Bed was old. Room could have little bit more clean.

we looked for room where has great location and clean and this room was fulfill our expectations. Location was great. It took 3-5 mins walk from home to old town. Also our room had great balcony. The lady who welcomed us didnt know English we couldnt understand each other but she seem nice and friendly.

Used only 1 pillow throughout the stay, nothing else.

The property is situated just a few meters from Budva Old Town. Secondly, I like the view. Lastly, it was clean and very close to shops, banks, and restaurants.

A clean, spacious, comfortable room with a wonderful view from the balcony. The host on the spot doesn't speak English, but it didn't affect the stay, we understood each other in the end. Would love to come back!

Even tho the location was great, the building itself is located quite up, so you have to climb the uphill and stairs. Also, the draining system in the bathroom was quite weird, as well as the location of the shower head

The location was great, only 4 minutes by walking, you could get to the supermarket on the corner and to the prominade.The room was clean, everything as it should be. We had a small refrigerator,a pot and cups. There was a table with tho chairs on the balcony, we used to have breakfasts and dinners there. The host lady was really nice, even tho, she couldn't speak any English, still did her best to understand and host ust.

I booked the garden view and due to the shared balcony I couldn’t leave the terrace door open.

Great location for old town and beach, and in walking distance from the bus station. Was easy to find once the apartment sent a marker for google maps.

Comfortable apartments in literally 5 minutes from best beach of Budva. Kind staff, who allowed us to leave our luggage at their storage even after we moved out from the apartment.

Our stay in Mara Lux apartments was amazing! The location is just perfect; 5 mins walk to the Old Town, all the restaurants, shops, 5 different beaches. the apartment itself was very clean, comfortable, equipped with everything we needed and was very new. The cleaning lady Milena is so kind, supporting, smiling. though she speaks only in Serbian she is always there to help! Also the sales person Alina was always available and helped us with whatever ask we had! 100% recommended!

The way of handling stuff by the travel company who is in-charged of this apartment is not acceptable/professional. They confirmed our airport transfer booking but the taxi never pick us up because eventually they realised, they made a mistake in the pick up dates. So we were left stranded in the airport alone late at night and we have to pay double price to go to the hotel. Even admitting the mistake, they just compensate not even 50% of the taxi transfer money. We couldnt contact anyone during the middle of the night, even though we communicated our late arrival time. The check-in information given wasnt much helpful, as we cant reach the person even by calling/texting and it was late night, it wasnt easy to find the house. When we finally found a lady (from next door) she helped us get our host/lady in charge. She couldnt speak any english and has a rather bad-temper?! On next day we tried to request new towels as the shower area doesnt have shower curtain, leading water leaking everywhere, she reacted in a way which we felt being yelled at and still, didnt get our towels. Only after texting the travel agency to ask for new towels, we got new towels. Overall, communication was very difficult.

The room and the sea view from the balcony are amazing! The location is great as well, its so near to supermarket, old town, some bakery, best ice cream shop, some restaurants. The room is very new and comfortable as well (but please be aware to climb so stairs, in order to get to see some view). Since the apartment was part of a travel agency, there is some benefits in booking excursions, car etc. We also booked a taxi transfer to Tivat Airport without any hassle. But if you were arriving late from airport, please see comment below.

We had issues with payment, firstly asked for cash on arrival which we only had cards. We assumed this would be taken on the card attached to the booking account. We did resolve this after speaking to the company on the phone. The rooms did let in a lot of light in as the curtains were too small for the windows.

The decor was lovely and was a very clean apartment with a nice shower and comfortable bed. Good location in the old town with supermarket a few steps away

many stairs to get up to the apartamant. no parking and you need to pay 28-30 euro/day at privat parking because public parking was full. The second day no new towels in the room( because is summer and is neccesary ). no shampo in toilette, only soap . the check out was early in 10 oclock ( maybe in 11 will be ok”

Everything was great!

We really enjoyed there! Our host was amazing, she was so kind and helpful, really approachable, we could ask her for anything, she was really glad to help us and make our stay as best as possible. Everything was new, clean, renovated. The room is spacious, as well as the bathroom and terrace. The apartment was in the center of Budva, the location is amazing! There was no parking provided by host, but there are garages 10 meters from appartment 15 euros per day. We have found free street parking nearby.
