Clean, well maintained with free parking in front (if you are lucky to find a spot). Rooms with balcony along the road, nice view but not necessarily relaxed location for chilling on your balcony. Price is ok, but for same price you can also spend the night in close by Perast, which has a better vibe.

The property faces the main street, and the traffic is quite busy, even in the night, so it is a little bit noisy.

The Risan-Kotor area is fabulous. The accommodation was nice. Most people speak english. I was very impressed by the whole experience.

The apartment was spatious and clean with a beautiful view of the bay and mountains. The staff was professional and friendly; they were very accomodating and responded swiftly to any requests or issues we had. For us this is definitely worth a return trip.

The room was not cleaned well and the mini fridge was dirty and smelly. We couldn’t use it. And the balcony was dirty too. Lots of cigarettes left over.

Breakfast near apartment in the Hotel Conte in Perast. It was 5 min by car but if you have to walk it was a bit far away . The breakfast was really good and the view beautiful.

We loved this place, the only down side is not really related to the apartment itself, but the surrounding: the water in Kotor Bay is polluted and filthy, compared to other parts of the Balkan coast. But that being said, it's possible to swim and enjoy, just don't expect the clear water you find elsewhere. Other than that, Risan is a nice and quaint little village, with beautiful scenery.

The apartment is great, it has all the necessity, the staff is super helpful and it's very clean. Above all expectations.

Super clean, modern and quality furnished apartment with a very comfortable bed. The sea is right across the road. Parking, which is extremely important to me because I travel by motorbike, literally in front of the door.

The room is right on the main road, so it is noisy. That's not something that can be fixed, so it's worth understanding that at the time of booking.

We were given a free upgrade to include breakfast at the hotel Conte. Wow! Certainly the best breakfast we've seen in 8 weeks in Europe so far. It was just a pity it was so difficult to get parking anywhere nearby the hotel. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and was serviced every day. On arrival, we collected the key from hotel Conte and were then given an escort back to the apartment to help us find it and settle in.

There was slight noise from the road. Also not a huge issue but worth a mention if you do not have Montenegrin phone sims! On arrival we did not have use of our phones abroad and we were asked to make contact 10 minutes before arrival or to go to the connected Hotel in Perast. We tried to reach the connected Hotel however there is a barrier before the village which we could not enter through. Luckily enough the car park attendees by the barrier were helpful enough to put us straight on the phone with Hotel Conte who sent someone to meet us 10 minutes later.

The apartment was located right on the waterfront with a view from the balcony. Also within walking distance of restaurants in Risan and about 20 minutes walk to the picturesque village of Perast. The apartment was very clean and facilities were appropriate (we had a couple of issues but the staff, located at Hotel Conte in Perast, were very quick to rectify this).

apartments are on the main road. it is very loud with open window. there was not much space in the room where to put chlotes internet was not working fast there is no guaranteed parking place for everyone, however there are parking lots close to the apartment

Nice apartment with beautifull view of Boka. Very Clean. Quiet neighborhood, beach in front of the apartment, public beach less than 5 minutes on foot. Large terraces from which you can enjoy beautiful views. I really recommend.

If you would like to relax and rest during your holiday, this is the place to be! Location of the apartment is superb! :) Everything is spotless clean, beds are extra comfortable. But what I would like to specially emphasize is the kindness of the staff and their readiness to meet all your demands in the shortest possible time. I travel a lot (both business & private), but this kind of service is something I truly appreciate. I would definitely love to be their guest again! ❤️

The best decision you can make is to withdraw these apportionments. clean, next to a small beach, in an amazingly beautiful place. I don't want to write a rave review because the apartments will become super popular and I won't be able to get there myself. it's like sharing the contacts of the best hairdresser or manicurist - there is always a risk of not finding a place to record later. but this place does not deserve anything other than delight. everything is perfect - room, breakfast, additional services, but above all people. receptionists, cleaners, waiters, drivers - all professionals. I can safely recommend apartments and hotel Conte to the most demanding people. the only thing I can warn you is that before breakfast you need to go to another hotel for 40 minutes (but this is a very beautiful path and the breakfast itself is chic) and the stairs to the 3rd floor are quite steep, so people with problems with the musculoskeletal system or small children may not be easy. if you do not have such circumstances - feel free to book this hotel.
