The coffe and the breakfast options. Although the smoked ham and loin were delicious. New brand place with minor details in the room that should be taken care off (a few broken amenties, toilet paper, bedding stuff, etc.).

We liked the size of the bedroom and the stunning view. Friendly and caring personnel that made our stay perfect. the hotel itself is closed to beaches and restaurants, walking to the Budva old center takes 20min approx.

First and foremost, the location of the hotel is truly exceptional. It's just a short walk away from the beautiful beaches, making it incredibly convenient for beachgoers. Additionally, having a shop and a grocery store nearby is a real convenience, allowing us to easily stock up on essentials. The hotel's strategic positioning between Budva center and Becici made exploring the area a breeze, and the lack of noise in the vicinity provided a peaceful and calming atmosphere throughout our stay. The hotel's amenities and services also left a lasting impression on us. The Wi-Fi was reliable and fast, which was essential for staying connected during our trip. The daily room service ensured that our towels and other essentials were always fresh and replenished, adding to our overall comfort. One of the standout features of Hotel Pozzo was the exceptionally friendly and accommodating hotel managers. They were not only welcoming but also proficient English speakers, which made communication a breeze. Even when we encountered issues with payment, both through Booking and by card, the staff handled the situation with patience and understanding, ensuring there was no undue stress during our stay. A particularly memorable moment was when one of the managers kindly offered to prepare Turkish coffee for us during breakfast, which was a delightful and thoughtful gesture. Speaking of breakfast, it was both varied and delicious, ensuring a great start to our day. Lastly, I want to commend the hotel for efficiently managing the tourist tax. This attention to detail and organization made our stay even more enjoyable, as we didn't have to worry about these administrative matters. In conclusion, Hotel Pozzo in Montenegro provided us with a memorable and enjoyable stay. From its fantastic location to the welcoming and helpful staff, as well as the well-maintained amenities and services, this hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways.

TV satelite didnt work In our room, again, Mr. Damir asked us if we want to change the room to a room where the satelite TV is working.

Great service, especialy I would recomend Mr. Damir, all around player that serve the guests all day long with a big smile.

Breakfast could've been better. A lot of the stuff was a bit cold and the bread/pastry was old if you didn't get it on time - nothing major but it's a small hotel with probably a small kitchen as well (They offered to go buy anything that was missing if you wanted something that was not there which I've never experienced before so that's a big plus!!!). There was no coffee machine so that's something that can be improved easily (you could make your own coffee there - instant one or they could make you turkish coffee if you wanted).

The staff was amazing - shout out to the guy and ladies at the reception since they were very pleasant, informative, and accommodating to all our needs and questions!! It was very close to the beach, and the property looked the same as shown in the pictures. The room was spacious, clean, and everything worked fine - AC, TV, shower... Nearest beach was around 5-6 mins walk away from the hotel and there was a supermarket right across the street. Transport from/to hotel from Podgorica airport was also great and on time (arranged before the arrival date).

There was a soft music playing at the corridor til late at night. Others might enjoy it but we found it distracting.

Really close to the beach and the shops. Amazing view of the bay from the top floor! Very nice and very helpful staff. The suite was huge. The area is quiet, so it is great for relaxing.

The noise of the elevator at night was quite loud which was an issue.
