Close to the bus station, so an easy walk. Kotor is compact so it is easy to get to everything. The apartment was well equipped. It was quiet too. Hosts were helpful. They let me leave my luggage for a half day.

The apartment had a great location, just about 10 minutes or less walk to old town. The bus station is just 5 minutes from the apartment by foot. The neighborhood was very peaceful. The hosts were really nice, welcoming and helpful and also had a cute dog who always greeted us when we arrived. The apartment was clean and had a kitchen with everything we needed. 😊

The owner of this property was very kind, communication was great and she allowed us to leave our bags at the property after we checked out. For us the facilities was very good, comfortable, clean and air conditioning worked well. The facilities all worked well, and the location was very central, easy 10 minute walk to the old town and the supermarket was just up the road. The owner also had a very affectionate and well behaved dog ☺️ we enjoyed our stay here and recommend it for great value and location !

The beds weren’t very comfy and they didn’t have a proper duvet so we had to use blankets from the wardrobe.

However, I must mention a significant downside to our stay - the constant noise from nearby construction. Unfortunately, the construction work began at 7 AM and lasted until 4 PM, which significantly disrupted our peace and affected our ability to rest and sleep properly. While we understand that the owner had no control over the noise, it did impact the overall quality of our stay.

Starting with the positives, the host of the accommodation was extremely kind and attentive. She was always ready to assist and provided us with useful information about the city. Her proactive approach made our stay more enjoyable, and we appreciated her hospitality. The location of the accommodation was also convenient. Being only 15 minutes away from the old town allowed us to easily explore the historical charms of Kotor. Additionally, having markets and restaurants nearby made it convenient for us to enjoy local cuisine and access necessary amenities.

I think it’s a bit further than I expected, and distance from the place to gas station is quite dark and silent. We didn’t have any troubles but would be more comfortable if we had car instead of walking that path. There was also construction right next to it, a little annoying but nothing to do about it

Lovely host and lovely puppy 💖 we stayed for 2 nights, it was very clean, beds were comfortable,Wi-Fi works just fine and there’s also microwave. Kitchen has basic things like cutlery, glass, pots if you prefer to cook and they are clean as well. Hosted by a family and everyone is so lovely. I’d recommend staying at this place if you want to stay a bit further from crowds of old town but be able to walk there in 10-15 mins. Also very close to bus station

Shared kitchen was dirty and there was not enough dishes for everyone, only one pan and one pot, but they were scratched and not very useful.

Room and bathroom were very clean, the hosts were friendly and very helpful and the location was great, only a short walk from the city centre.

Only the bees! Haha! Outside we had a little balcony but due to the grapes there are a lot of bees and wasps outside, which I'm really afraid. But if you are OK with it then it's no problem.

The place is great and has everything you need! Comfortable beds, good WiFi and everyone is super friendly. It's not straight away in the old town but takes like 10 minutes and is close to the bus station.

Apartament is really close to the bus station, so if you plan to use public transportation then location is more than amazing. It is also close to the city center. We had our own bathroom, really spacious room with balcony and all important amenities. Host was really kind and on the top of that they have really friendly dog who enjoys cuddles!

Very friendly and accommodating host - my arrival to Kotor was delayed and the host happily waited till late to greet me . Good sized apartment with everything you require. Well priced. And very conveniently located if you arrive /depart from the central bus station.
