Only issue is loud folk music from beach restaurant of hotels front till 1am everyday and no sound installation.

Smokers..But then again thats all of Budva. There is no designated area for non smokers at the restaurant. The doona could be a size bigger as with 2 adults there is no extra across you.

So helpful to get PCR test and results. Location is fabulous if you are looking for a hotel room thats on the beach as well as in old town

My husband (NZ) and I (UA) stayed in Astoria for 9 days. Reception staff were the best we have encountered...anywhere... incredibly friendly, helpful, lots of recommendations of what to do...and just really nice. We are already planning our next trip back to Budva... and the Astoria.

One problem was that the hotel did not have its own parking slot and you were obliged to park in private a parking near the hotel bearing additional costs. The hotel closed the beach very soon (at 18.30 p.m.) in order to convert it into a beach bar. Even though nobody asked for it, you felt obligated to leave the beach because it was converting into a bar.

The hotel was located in very central area of touristic Budva at the entrance of the old city which location was perfect and everything was in a short walking distance. The beach was located directly behind of the Hotel which was a major facility in the very hot days we resided there. The room was very good with a perfect sea view. The Hotel has also a very nice terrace in which you could have a very good dinner with e beautiful view (during our stay it wasn't yet opened every day however the staff arranged for us to have dinner there).The staff were very nice and helpful.

Location, the beach and the food are simply amazing. Today, it is very rare that a 4 star hotel does not charge sun beds and umbrellas. On top of everything the staff is fantastic: polite, professional and heartwarming. Slavica and Milena at the front desk are wonderful and so is Aco, who works as a waiter at the beach! Thank you guys for this wonderful vacation amid COVID-19 pandemic. We will come back again for sure!

Parking is issue for this hotel, and only nearby option will cost you 15€ per day.

There was not even drinking water in the room, there was no kettle. There was no tea. We didn't even have to sit at the reception outside the room

The location is central and nice, the friendly attention of the employee at the breakfast.

The standard room was dirty, the floors hadn’t been cleaned and it was very dusty. We had to ask to open the windows as the shutters were locked and it was obviously to hide the extracting system which was the view from both windows and very noisy. Lighting wasn’t good, there was a lot of switches that did nothing therefore the reason for wanting the windows open, which in the end wasn’t possible because of the noise, so we ended up having to have the air conditioning on all night which isn’t great.

The small rooms in the hotel,the smell in the bathroom and also leaking shower .. The noise didn’t bother me and I loved the room if it was more ventilation in it .

I liked the area we where in Old town Budva so that is a bonus we where in the middle of everything,beach was few steps away but we didn’t have free sun beds ,they had the Restaurant on the beach and they said it’s a private beach but it was actually all in one and the beach itself was with huge rocks so you need sandals beforehand if you don’t want any injuries 😃 I did hurt my self but on the end I new how to navigate in the sea.Other then that everything was beautiful and serene out of this world 😊

It is expensive for the rooms, which were a bit small and dark. Since it was an old building, I thought it would have had more charm.

A nice breakfast, but the waiter was so busy he could not return to our table. The breakfast by the sea was wonderful though. Location is great - it is in the old town.

HUGE downside which makes me rate this hotel so low: they have only one air-conditioning system, and this system either feeds the restaurant, or the rooms. Our stay there 3rd week of April in temps of +20°C was a sweaty nightmare, further marred by them giving priority to the restaurant - before going please ask which area the air-conditioning will be working in during your stay!!!

Loved almost everything about the hotel, location was absolutely perfect, the style of the hotel quaint, restaurant on the beach, big rooms, clean, staff wonderful!

There was loud music playing till 1am. The Hotel decided to host a private party ensuring it would be over by 11am. It was not. They partied so hard; the hotel lost its electricity the next day. A bit of a shambles tbh. Also, be careful of 'WILD taxis' we got conned for a 5 minute drive.

Location was fantastic and right by the beach. The hotel was apologetic the next morning about the noise and offered a fruit plate, which was nice, but would've preferred a discount on the room.
