Angela was a very kind and helpful person during my stay. She left some refreshments/ tea/coffee/croissant/water to welcome me. Besides she gave me indications of restaurants and things to do while in her place . Her place is very good and exactly as described. Best location, best view of the sea, comfortable and had all I needed to have a most pleasant stay. I surely recomend her apartment.

The apartment was very cosy and in a great location with a lovely view to the lady of the rock from the balcony. The host was super helpful and provided recommendations for restaurants.

I’m not sure this could be helped given the environment and historic nature of the buildings, but the bathroom smelled very strongly of sulphur. Additionally, the towels provided smelled musty (and made us smell musty when we used them) which was a bit off-putting. At times, despite the water heater being on, we had to have cold showers because the water didn’t heat up, even after waiting for some time. We would have loved some tea towels to dry our crockery after washing it up.

Milan was a consummate host, he was able to provide for any request which we greatly appreciated. He delivered extra pillows when we needed which really helped me get some better sleep. He was also very forgiving of us stupidly leaving our crockery on the balcony which then all got smashed when the wind hit. The location was perfect - pretty much in the middle of Perast so easy access to everything within a few minutes walk. Milan also arranged our taxi back to Dubrovnik airport which saved a lot of hassle and probably a lot of money. We were very grateful for how welcoming Milan was as it set our holiday off on a good foot!

Perfectly located, discreet and cozy place in the heart of the Village with a beautiful view. Nearby is the restaurant Konob Skoli where you can eat delicious grilled fish and traditional dishes of the ares

Awesome location and balcony with view on the water. Everything was clean, good air condition, cozy style. We also had a very warm welcome from our host and were provided a fruit basket and a bottle of wine. Highly recommend to stay here if you’re planning to visit Perast.

Lady of the Rocks is ideally located on the waterfront in beautiful, calm Perast. Hosts Andela and Milan could not have been more welcoming and helpful, and were onsite when I arrived. Milan also kindly helped me bring my heavy travel bag from the town entry gate and then to take it back again on departure. Andela arranged a day tour for me, and helped sort out other personal matters. The apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay, and it is very enjoyable to sit on the small balcony and look out over the Bay of Kotor, including toward the island from which the Apartment takes its name. There are a few restaurants very nearby, as well as two mini-marts. Everything, including the local Blueline bus service, is within a few minutes’ walk. Perast is a “premium” location, and I thought “Our Lady” provided excellent value for money for a single person or couple.

If you need a place that is cozy, quiet, perfectly clean and comfortable - this is the best one! Amazing location (next to the main square) is perfect for ones who love to explore everything by foot. Also - amazing look at the sea and islands nearby. Huge “thank you” for amazing hosts - they helped me with my luggage, since I was working the day before I had a really late check out and since they are locals, they have all the best recommendations for places to eat, see and explore. Can’t wait to visit again! ❤️

Perfect location on the first line at the center of Perast. Lovely windows with seaview inside. Cozy balcony. Perfect restaurant on the ground floor. Very friendly and kind hosts. Thank you very much.

First of all, I never write reviews but pay attention to some of the newer reviews as I don’t think the >9 rating properly depicts the experience you will have. - upon arrival there was an ant infestation in the apartment and some leftover trash from the last guests on the balcony…thank you to the staff for mitigating this and for offering a drink while cleaning - the parking policy is super unclear. While it states Free Parking, the questions in the booking listing state otherwise (see screenshot). I asked for reimbursement as I took the advice of the questions and parked at the start of Perast (plus I thought it was the least they could do for the messy room) but got a No saying I should have pulled up in front of the hotel (that doesn’t have a sign and is on a pedestrian street) - 6:55 am wake up call from construction (literally a chain saw) on a Sunday on the same building 🫣 - no messages back from the staff despite them saying they are present 24/7 for questions and concerns in other review responses. Sorry for all the feedback but we left more stressed than relaxed and we are generally very flexible travelers 😆.
