What mentioned, the hotel is uphill, +- 5km from Tivat and Kotor, so you should keep in mind to have a car. We rented one so we had no problems, but if you don’t have a car, taxis are pretty overpriced and it’s pretty hard to reach towns by foot. But with rental or your own car - it’s a perfect calm place. :)

Everything was perfect! Staff is really nice, always willing to help, nice pool area, very calm area surrounded with nature. Local cats are super cute. :)

Some areas of the hotel need additional maintenance. As it was the start of the season while we were visiting, there were still some updates in progress. Surely that will be resolved soon.

The staff was welcoming and very nice. The view from the pool area and the rooms is great. The room was cleverly planned and fit both a dishwasher and a washing machine.

On arrival we did not have any toilet paper or bed linen for extra bed. Got it when next day mentioned it to the receptionist. Was challenging to explain what bed linen is but google translate helped. Overall hotel looked untidy, possibly because it was not season yet.

Good location with a view. Between Tivat and Kotor. Nice cozy rooms with balcony or terrace.

I dont give it a full score because on check in we got a room that wasnt cleaned on the floor, trashbags still full from other guests, a weird smell in the room and the matress was quite Yellow. But when telling the front desk they moved us to another room and it was in a much better condition but still some hair around floors and bed. Cleaning lady came really late in the afternoon too.

Everyone working at this place is very very polite and do everything they can to do the best for you. Hotel is in a stunning place with excellent views. Just remember that you need a car and a taxi is exspensive (15 euro). Just a 10min car ride. Breakfast was really fresh and had something for everyone. Nice touch that one of the Staff remembered our name. The style of the hotel is modern and suited our taste. Pool very well maintained and a lot of sunlounges so everyone had a space to relax on.

It's easier to get there with a car

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful location! The cozy apartment is well-equipped with all new amenities. The view of the sea from the window is breathtaking. The gym and sauna included in the price, along with the pool, were fantastic. It's an excellent option for digital nomads and remote workers. Thank you for a wonderful experience! Highly recommend!

A bit out of the way, a hire car would be ideal as taxis aren't the cheapest (for a solo traveller).

Very friendly and welcoming staff. View over the bay is beautiful. Rooms spotless, comfy bed. Would definitely stay again.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The view from the place is nice , it overlooks the Tivat airport and the sea. No public transport access from the property but if you have rented car then it’s not a problem or else you can request Cab service at the reception they provide cab service at a fixed price and are very helpful.

Breakfast was not very diverse. Unable to use the pool and gym after 20:00, so they were literaly useless, because usually we were returning at 19:30 or later. Distant from any tourist location (by foot).

Location with good view to the sea. Nice room with good noise isolation. Free parking near the building or in closed garage.

We had an amazing stay at the Bayview Hills Hotel! The staff went above and beyond to help us with a few major issues we had, and they made us feel like family. We especially want to thank Yassin and Abbas, who were incredibly helpful and kind, and felt like friends by the end of our stay. In addition to the amazing staff, the hotel itself was beautiful. The views were stunning, the rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated, and we had everything we needed, including a washer and a full kitchen. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and welcoming place to stay near beautiful kotor. We can't wait to come back!

They might have forgotten to clean our room but reception was always available when we needed anything extra. Breakfast could have a bit more choices but if was nice ☺️

Amazing hotel with staff that go above and beyond! Used their services for transfers to and from the hotel and to the town centre and they were always so helpful and on time. I felt so safe and relaxed being a single woman travelling with my 7 year old son. The hotel itself was spotless, the scenery from the hotel rooms and pool were beautiful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Montenegro!! Such a beautiful stay and i hope to be back one day! Thank you very much :)

There are no negatives - just a suggestion - you definitely need a car to get to the hotel.

An excellent place to enjoy small village atmosphere and nature. Great staff, everyone is very welcoming and kind. Fabulous view from the window, clear blue pool and good atmosphere.

The sofa had burned cigarettes marks on it in quite a few places, the transfer price to the airport seems twice as much as price to Kotor which seemed closer. I think it’s monopolising on the fact it’s a transfer to the airport / from the airport. Other than that was very happy. There’s also quite a few cats that Will jump on your lap. So if you’re not a cat person then Montenegro may not be for you as there’s loads everywhere.

Very modern property / flats. We had one with a balcony right next to the pool so ours was perfect. It is only a 10 min drive to Kotor. So good that it’s away from the city and quiet. Had a lovely view of the bay too.

Excellent apartment and complex with the most amazing view. Incredible value for money and very close to Kotor old town via car. Owners were also very kind and hospitable. Clean, well maintained and good facilities. I highly recommend this aparthotel and would love to stay again if I come back to Montenegro

It would be good to have broom, a salad wringer, a couple of tea towels and a toaster. There is sandwich toaster, but not a bread toaster. These are only details, because the most important appliances including a dishwasher, an induction hob, a fridge and laundry washer are there. That's our second time in Bayview Hills Luxury Residences and we will come again.

The view and the comfort inside the apartment are exceptional for the rental fee. The people managing the property are always ready to help and facilitate your stay. I can't speak good enough about the place and the service provided.
