Nothing, everything was perfect.

The apartment was lovely, clean, spacious and very well equipped. The outside space was beautiful with a view to die for. The location is great, very peaceful but just a twenty minute walk to the centre. We even attempted a cycle ride along the promenade, on the free bikes provided, which was great fun. The icing on the cake was Alexandra and Bert who were so welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

The sea in front of the apartment is not the best in the area, we always visited other beaches (Waikiki, Palma, Ponta Seljanova)

The host was amazing! She arranged the transportation and gave the truthful recommendations! She is there to answer any questions that might arise. The view is great, you are directly in front of the sea, enjoying the beauty of it. Also, it was so calm throughout the entire stay! A peaceful retreat next to the sea! If you want to also rest your head, mind and ears - this apartment is for you.

Maybe the best apartment of all I have been to. Very clean, very cozy, right in front of the sea and very near to the local shops and restaurants. I also tried SAP swimming for the first time. If I ever go to Tivat again I will book the same apartment. Thank you!

We had issues with arranging taxi pick up to the airport as taxi drivers are completely unreliable. Alexandra stepped in to help and drove us to the airport.

House is at great location. Apartments are clean and spacious. They have been designed and furnished with lot of attention to detail. Beds are comfortable. It is very clean and quiet. Aleksandra gave us SUP board for free use. Netflix is included. Wine, water and juice were waiting for us in the fridge on arrival :)

The room was a bit far from the city center but I would not consider it like a disadvantage since it was calm and the nature was perfect.

The room was very clean and had all the things necessary for a great stay. The view is amazing, the sea and the environment is perfect. The little kitchen and the refrigetator helped a lot while staying with a kid. The host was sooooo nice. She was very helpful and such a beatiful soul.

The apartment is located on the water with a jetty right outside. We rented a boat so it was perfect. I had friends staying few doors to the right and we rented an appointment a few doors to the left last year. This was by far the best.

Everything was just perfect! Aleksandra is such a great host! We really felt totally relaxed, she took care for us, helped us. The flat is peaceful right at the waterfront facing the green. There is a little harbour so you can dip right into the clean clean water. Beds were comfortable. We could wash cloths, sit on the veranda looking at the sunset. Highly recomended!

our stay exceeded all expectations, the hostess was welcoming and did everything to make our stay in the apartment comfortable. the apartment was spacious and had everything to rest, the view from the balcony was fantastic. and the sea and the private beach were 3 meters away. this is the best place where we have stayed for booking, I recommend it to everyone!

Great place to relaxe - would have loved to stay longer. The appartment had everything we needed (coffee, sundbeds, netflix, small kitchen). Super close to the sea and in good walking distance to Tivat center (and the bus station). Great hospitality, easy communication. We really enjoyed our time!

The beach in front of the apartment has a lot of sea grass and doesn't seem very clean. Near is some tube from the woods/city entering the bay...

Great apartment with sea view, equipped with all necessary elements for comfortable stay. Upstairs are sleeping rooms with terrace, down is living room with kitchen and nice bigger terrace. Hostess is really nice and pleasant,thanks for hosting us warmly and welcoming :). There are bicycles and SUPs available for guests to freely use. We enjoyed our stay very much and recommend it!

There is a fire system, but there is no hood above the stove. Smoke can be difficult to control when cooking. But this is a trifle! We liked everything

I liked everything !!!!!!! Excellent accommodation, in a beautiful place, literally by the sea, a few minutes from the center of Tivat. The hostess is extraordinary, wonderful and kind. The apartment, everything is clean and new, well equipped (it has literally everything you need), plus deck chairs in front of the apartment plus available deck chairs by the sea, plus surfboards, plus bicycles :-))))))). I spent the vacation for the first time without any objections. A place I will always be happy to return to. Predivnooooo! Wonderful!!!!!!

Super kind host and beautiful dog Yogi, comfy and clean room, perfect terrace and garden to chill and relax and private beach entrance. Aleksandra the host went extra mile and provided bicycles and paddle boards for the guests. I would highly recommend this place for everyone, the reviews and scores are completely true and real. I felt like home. Best value for money you can get.
