Nice apartment with a fabulous sea view. Full equipped kitchen, wonderful terrace to spend the evenings and private parking available. Very nice and helpful host. Next time I would like to stay longer, highly recommend it! 😊

The apartment was excellent, spacious and clean with everything you needed there. It has the most spectacular views of Perast from its own private and spacious balcony. There's also a larger balcony and outside lounging area on the lower floor with views just as beautiful and great company from the hosts. The hosts, Jovo and his family were so nice and accommodating and we learnt a lot from them about the area. I would highly recommend Bella Vista Zmukic and we won't hesitate to book it again.

Nothing. There are stairs to the room and down to the bay but worth it, and they helped carry the bags on arrival so actually not a negative at all.

Location and view unbeatable Communication before and during excellent Everything you need and the best place to base yourself around the bay. A beautiful bottle of local wine on our arrival. Just a brilliant place to stay with such a warm family hosting.

110 steps from room to the town plus another 60 up to the car park. But this is the geography of the town and if you want a killer view sometime you have to go up to get it.

Nothing! Just be aware there are 50 steps down to the property and 114 down to the sea front like most properties in Perast but that's what makes it so beautuful

The position of the apartment with that view from our terrace would be hard to beat! Exceptional!! Having our own private parking in Perast was a definate plus too . The owners were very welcoming and helpful with tips for places to visit. Need to visit again to drink in that view!

We had a wonderful stay at Bella Vista Zmukić. If you want to enjoy the most beautiful view at Perast bay and you want to stay directly in the unesco world heritage site, you will find it here. The terrace is stunning ❤️! You will have a wonderful view at the two islands. The family is very hospitable and you instantly feel at home. The rooms are clean, modern and cozy. Perast has everything you need: local restaurants, a small supermarket and beautiful places to swim. Boat trips to the Islands and Stand up paddle board rentals are available. We totally recommend this place and we will definitely come back! 😊😍
