Clean modern apartment. Close to downtown. Parking can be an issue - they have 3 slots at the garage and if you are lucky, you will get them. Very pleasant staff. Breakfast is average but it was like a compliment - no complaints. Budva itself not the best location for vocation in august - dirty, overcrowded and expensive for the type of services they can give you.

We booked for an apartment with seaview, instead we received an apartment without view but with a large terrace which was disappointing as we wanted Seaview... google map doesn't take you to the correct (parking Entrance) for a first timer this was a struggle to find how to get there in a one way road system, the parking garage itself was a nightmare, even for a small car, needed help to get in or out as it is compact and the entrance to it is from a steep hill... wish there was a washing machine in the apartment...

We liked the idea of having breakfast delivered to the room every day, the location was close to everything, the staff were super helpful and friendly, made us feel at home..

No lift so your luggage has to be carried up and down the stairs up to the top floor. Room is not soundproof so can hear all the noise from outside.

- From the first day we had problems with the shower - water was constantly leaking from underneath. The hotel staff helped us solve this problem, but it took away a time from our vacation. In the end, we were moved to a better room free of charge. - The amount of water in the boiler was not enough for two adults, so we were regularly refreshed with cold water. Maybe in the heat of +35 this is not a minus) - There are no keys for some safes. Since there were very few people in the hotel, they just brought us another safe with a key. But we had to ask and prove our reasons to finally get it. - Some of the managers were arrogant and tried to show us that we were distracting them from more important things. We also heard unwanted comments on what and how we do. Maybe it was because we seemed to be younger than them. For guests who speak Russian, the word "panibratstvo" best describes such a behavior. - There was no buffet. We were told that it was a low season and there were no people in the hotel, so they cooked breakfast especially for us. It cost 10 euro per person, but actually it's pretty expensive for such kind of breakfasts. We took it for 3 days and later found a great cafe (L&M) nearby and had breakfasts there. - The front door of the hotel leads directly to the extremely narrow street, on which cars drive regularly and quickly. Walking with (and even without) the dog every time was an extra stressful experience.

We spent 10 days at the hotel and left with mixed feelings. For every positive point we had, there was always a little "but" that spoiled the overall impression. - We were traveling with a dog and staying at hotel was free of charge for the pet. But before entering the room, we signed an agreement with a long list of requirements for the dog's behavior in the room. As a dog owner I can say that they are almost impossible to fulfill. But it was the last time somebody in the hotel told us about these rules, so they really love pets :) - Of the 4 hotel managers we communicate with, Olga was the one who best met our own subjective expectations of courtesy and hospitality. She was interested in our comfort. We are very grateful for everything she did for us. - Our room on the 6th floor had a beautiful view of the sea and the old town. - The bed is comfortable and soft, but it is two beds with two mattresses with a joint between them. And you just can fall between. - All our requests and problems were dealt with very quickly.

The pictures on booking do not represent the actual state of the hotel. You don’t receive any shampoo, shower cream or bath robe. The hotel is pretty old and smelly. Our room smelled weird the entire week we were staying there and all the cabinets in the kitchen etc. Were also extremely smelly. We also booked a room with sea view but we didn’t have any sea view. The receptionist told us that we could go up to the roof terrace to watch the sea view and couldn’t do anything else for us. Sea view doesn’t mean that your room has sea view in this hotel! It’s very overpriced for the state the hotel is in. If the pictures were accurate, I probably wouldn’t have booked this hotel. It was quite disappointing and the living room couch in our room had stains on it. It just didn’t seem hygienic at all. The hotel room was also full of dust and could have been cleaned a lot better, especially the bathroom. The toilet brush seemed like it had never been replaced.

The breakfast was nice, not a lot of options but the food was good. It was also very close to old town which was nice, it was only a 5-10 min walk.

Probably not the best quality/price ratio. There is parking but really small inside in a tiny one way street with no signals. Also, the hotel let other cars park behind and we ended up scratching the car cause we were not left with enough space when manovering. The breakfast has not many sweet options and runs out of coffee quickly everyday but the staff prepares more on request, however I would suggest just to refill it for everyone. The shower was getting full of water on the base quickly as it would not flow down properly. Some of the staff could not speak English fluently at check in so we did not have the chance to ask many info.

Apartment could be nice but it just seems like they dont care. Flors were dirty. Dust all around place. One window didnt have curtens and it was looking directly to the street. Balcony with great view of see and mountains was dirty, we needed to clean chairs and table before we could sit. Queen size bed in bedroom with to separate mattresses, very unconfortable. They were moving and spliting whole night, and we got no rest. Parking space and entrance to garage is so narrow that if you are driving anything but sedan type of car dont count on parking there.

Room was super small, barely could walk around the bed. The address of the hotel isn't correct, as GPS and street name & number leading to different place. Free parking might not be actually free. You get the spot only when is available. If it's not, then you park in the city center and paying for it from your own pocket. Breakfast included in the price also seems to be a joke. You have food delivered at the door in the container like for a dog (sure, let's keep using covid regulation as an excuse for another 10 year). If you're vegan, then for sure you will end up hungry because they serve only sausages (not eatable!), cold scramble eggs, cheese and yogurt. Good luck if you have lactose intolerance. I've booked this hotel at the last minute, having multiple different options for similar price. I don't think that the price I paid (not even counting additional costs for paid parking in the city, which was actually 30% of the hotel price!!) was worth it.

Breakfast is not good and was delivered in the room. They say the parking is included but I didn't get parking for two nights because were full. The garage is too tight.

No water in the room ,tried the tap water and almost threw up. They should have informed us about that. The fridge wasn't working when we entered the room, I had to flip a switch or something, inside it and wait for 30 minutes to get the right temperature

Amazing view,the hotel was in 5 minutes walking distance from the old Town. The apartment was big and brand new, everything was super clean and shiny , people working here are friendly and helpful. The garage was a big plus too, since there isn't any free parking space nearby. A/c in both the sleeping room and the living room
