there is not enough sound proofing. too much noise from the streets can be heard in the room especially in the nights as the street in front is buzzing with life

Budva Hotel does not own any private beach or provide complimentary swimming place on the beach.

The location is very close to the Old City of Budva. The breakfast was excellent. The bed was comfortable and clean.

there is nothing I didn't like

I liked everything about the hotel. from the first impression at the reception, the staff working at the pool bar, the staff in the restaurant, the maid ... everything was excellent and without any complaints. I recommend this hotel to everyone because this hotel is like an oasis of peace in the center of Budva

Location is perfect! Just few walking minutes and you are at the center of the city. Very nice beach just across the hotel (doesn't belong to the hotel). Staff is very helpful, very polite and friendly. Great staff.

Property is very nice. Many thanks to Dragana at the reception for her being very helpful, kind and a superb professional. The breakfast at the hotel is very nice. The hotel has a terrace that is enjoyable to sit at for a drink or a meal in the evening or even during the day. The people of Montenegro are among the kindest and most gentle people I met.

I absolutely loved the hotel! It is newly renovated, everything is clean, spacious, nice. The breakfast is lovely, pancakes and the Russian salad is a must. :) The staff is wonderful, very smiley and helpful: Vesna, Emir and all others. Very kind people. The location is great, close to everything. The room is lovely and colourful, great balcony. Definitely recommend a stay!

Everything in breakfast was cold.

Rooms were comfy and clean. The location was good. You can easily reach the beaches and old town. Offering free parking place was good. Because parking is a big problem in budva.

The hotel is great! In a central location, 5 minutes walk from the old town, with convenient parking. The rooms are very clean, large, with a comfortable mattress and pillows. Breakfast is very nice, the restaurant has a great outdoor garden. The staff is very kind.

Without bidet in the bathroom. Unbelievable, from our point of comprehension. The room has no cabinets for clothes, just opened places with hangers. Breakfast is very common ( better, miserable), with some salad combination which nobody eats. The variety of choices for what has to be a 5 star hotel is unsatisfactory. Also, the cooking level and way how they do that, at breakfast.The menu list of the restaurant is more than poor for dinner.

The only disappointment was the restaurant. Breakfast is very basic and the food at the buffet is not refreshed regularly. Fried eggs should be always served a la minute. The coffee was horrible please do something. We had a nice waiter (don't remember his name) who was so kind to provide us with the coffee from the bar (which is usually chargeable). We tried the dinner buffet as well and left hungry with disappointment, the food was not fresh. If you don't have a huge turnover of guests, you should do a la carte. One more thing we were missing at the restaurant is a smile and warm welcome from the staff (and no it's not the mask which was the barrier :)) Lack of attention to the guests.

The overall stay was very pleasant. The staff at the reception are very nice, professional and helpful, hotel and the room was very clean and sanitizers were provided everywhere. We had to check out before the breakfast and the hotel provided a nice lunch box for us, which was very appreciated. Big thanks to Tamara from the Spa, she was amazing!

2 bottles of free still water should be available in the room daily, this is standard international practice. But everything was great.

Staff were all highly professional & extremely friendly, especially the girls at reception they greatly assisted me :-)
