We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Germany- a little pricey - When I asked for gluten-free bread I was told to ask the staff at the breakfast buffet the other day. They had none, which is fine, but if I’d known it before, I would have brought some. Could have been better communicated for a 5-Star-Hotel.) - could need a little make over here and there

RomaniaEverything was perfect except two things. One of the most important to me is to have good A/C, but it stops working every night and the room gets very hot. Luckily it only needs a manual restart, but we woke up every night because of this. The hotel has a lot of wi-fi networks but none is working good. The pool and congress are decent, but the room one is not usable. We ended up using a lot of mobile data which generated extra costs on our data plans.
The staff is very friendly, we received a free room upgrade from garden to sea view. The location of the hotel is superb, walking distance to the beach is 3 mins (Coco beach has a good value for money - 15 EUR/2 sun beds/day), restaurants 5-10 mins, old town 10 mins. Private parking is great, when it was crowded and we used the car they reserved our parking spot with a cone. Room cleaned and towels changed every day. Very good breakfast with a decent variety of dishes.

United StatesWhen a couple stays in the room it would be nice to provide individual covers/blankets. The morning buffet is very nice but hardly distinguishable for the hotel of such quality. The lettuce could be better.
Everything about this hotel is great. Especially the staff, the pool, the rooms, and the coffee. Hotel has a very nice cafe right on the promenade, The pillows were fantastic.

NetherlandsThe hotel should offer half board via Booking. Currently they offer dinner that can be arranged directly in the hotel but it's a rather pricey 4 course dinner (26 euro). Half board with buffet dinner would be much more convinient If one books via the hotel site they can add dinner option for 15 e? A bit confusing Some mould in the shower cabin - should not happen in a good hotel like this No hangers to dry wet clothes on the terrace, it's a pity to dry wet swimsuits and towels on, otherwise, nice and very comfortable terrace furniture (it destroys them, some damage done by previous guests is already noticable)
Location - just a short walk (7min) to the Old town. The beach in front the hotel, Slovenska plaza, is ok but definitely not the one of the best in Budva. However, very nice beaches Ricardova glava and Mogren are on achievable distance from the hotel. Very clean and comfortable, well maintained hotel. Old beautiful monumental building completely renovated inside Good breakfast on a large hotel terrace next to the promenade Overall, very nice experience for a hotel in Budva, this is definitely one of the best

CroatiaThis hotel is just old classic, beautiful building for itself with great location - old town by walk and first bus station for Saint Stephen where you can spend a day. Staff very nice and food in restaurant excellent. Very big choice for breakfast also and terrace is just beautiful. For full impression of Budva, this hotel is must. You really have intimacy, and not crowd of megalomans hotels.
