Entire area seemed to still be under construction, so a bit too noisy. Other basics, like a cooking pot, scissors, wine glasses, salt/pepper & sugar would have been practical in such a unit. It was mentioned to owner & she seemed grateful for feedback.

Room was bright, clean & in a safe area, a block away from the IDEA supermarket, and the beach. A few things were missing in the room (drying rack, toilet paper, hair dryer)— Mgr dropped off within the hour, so great response !

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was well worth the price, even though it might look a little bit more expensive that other alternatives in the surrounding area. The building is brand new and is just a stone’s throw from the sea. We had an apartment on the very last floor and it was marvelous. You can have breakfast with the view of the sea without any surrounding noise from the beach below. The only disadvantage was a construction site just next to the building. Sometimes it was quite noisy and dusty. The apartment itself was light and spacious, just the way it was shown on the pictures. Everything inside was brand new and clean. We were also very satisfied with the staff: our receptionists Nicoletta, her sister and our cleaning lady who contributed to our great stay. At the very first day we complained about the absence of a small mirror for the make up and the next day they organized it and brought to our room. It feels like apartment owners and staff take a good care of their clients. We can definitely recommend this place for your stay.

Location is perfect. The staff, specifically Nela receptionist she was amazing. We landed late, so she sort the accommodation no meter what. Very helpful. Will definitely coming back to Montenegro and this lovely Casa Del Mare.. Highly recommended

Selection of tableware and appliances. There was only one wine glass, no bottle opener. Only 2 folks and spoons for 3 people in the appartment, however were provided by request.

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Good quality of cleaning. Thanks to Vesna! Very close to the beach. About 15 minutes dribe to Budva town centre.

The staff on reception seemed a little inexperienced and issues raised were unresolved. They refused to give our passports back until we had paid, I have never experienced this before. There was an issue with their card machine trying to pay and they said it was my 'problem'. Apartment kitchen was very under supplied for 4 people. A new apartment block is being built right in front of this block which has severely reduced the sea view.

Very nice modern apartment which had never been used before. Furniture was very modern and comfortable, shower was excellent. The facilities were very good and the apartment very secure.

area around the accommodation was newly built with some construction remains in some places. but nothing we disturbed. incredibly close to the beach which is super good for families with children. the supermarket around the corner and the restaurant by the beach.

Wifi connection problems. Construction of the adjacent building and noise and dust. Room’s view was garage entrance wall. No free dedicated parking, only public park outside. Room entrance via closed garage passage at -1 floor.

The Wifi signal is too weak. It is possible to find a work around by leaving your smartphone near the door of the apartment and turning your smartphone into an access point but still....

The Serbian brunette lady at the reception was excellent. She was fast. She solved all the problems in the hotel. No need to explain, she understood everything quickly and she remembered me. I appreciated the chat with her where she talked about the different nationalities of her customers. If you are the management of casa al mare, keep in mind that she is a great asset who positively contribute to the image of your hotel.
