This is a brand new residence, calm and with an amazing view and a great pool. The staff is very kind. Everything was perfect.

Internal AC unit located right in front of the bed. I haven’t use it, there was no need, but my assumption is that it may cause discomfort or even flu during hot summer nights. Most likely the air flow may be adjusted to blow above the bed, but still you better keep that in mind.

100% value for money. Property is just built, so everything is brand new. Almost all of the rooms have a breathtaking view. Extremely friendly staff.

Our stay at your hotel was exceptional, thanks in large part to the outstanding service provided by our host, Demir. He went above and beyond by picking us up from the airport and ensuring a smooth drop-off at the end of our stay. Any questions we had were answered promptly, often just a text away. Demir also recommended the best restaurants and local attractions, enhancing our experience significantly. Additionally, he assisted us in booking local taxis, which made our transportation hassle-free. The room offered a beautiful view, adding to the overall enjoyment of our stay. It was an amazing experience overall.

We stayed four nights in Casa Collection : Arrival and smooth settling in from the very first minute. The overall standard of the flat was fine, comfortable in any way with fully equipped kitchen and an amazing view from the balcony on the Kotor bay. The pool was true to the photographs upon the website a great way to start the morning ! But was exceptional was the service from the staff, in particular Demir who literally went out of his way to render us all the services we needed for a perfect holiday. Maggy at the reception super friendly as well, offering coffee for free. We will definitely come back!

The hotel is located up the side a mountain, which means you’re going to get picturesque views ( waking up to them from your bedroom). Probably best if you drive - obviously, you have to drive up a mountain road - I feel like that goes without saying! You’re not going to get a good view if you aren’t willing to make the journey up! The staff were lovely at check in and throughout my stay. There is a high level of cleanliness throughout the resort / apartment. In fact, it was the first thing I noticed. The apartments / rooms are all modern. It’s a 10/10, place to stay for me!

Casa Collection has the best customer services and value for money. Very quick response to queries and very helpful. I had free airport transfers and my baby was provided with a comfy cot. The entire apartment was clean and spacious with all amenities for a great stay. Nice view from the balcony overlooking the mountain and sea. Internet speed is great and whenever you need anything, from taxi to groceries Demir and Maggie are there to assist. Thank you Casa Collection, I will visit again

Only one suggestion, to keep shower gel for the guests

It's located right between Kotor Old Town and Tivat, about a 10 minute drive from the old city walls in Kotor. Our apartment has stunning views of the Bay of Kotor and we even managed to catch some beautiful sunsets. The property was fairly new and had just opened about 2 months before. We stayed in a spacious 2 bedroom apartment with a living space and fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. One small suggestion, would be to have shower gel in the room. One other main advantage was free parking and our parking was right behind our room, which made it so easy and accessible to bring in our luggage. Demir and all the other staff members were helpful and warm, and were able to help with any concerns. Would definitely recommend staying here for a lovely, relaxing and comfortable experience for just a short distance away from Kotor.

Some very minor build snagging issues due to being a very new build and but nothing significant, eg hot and cold taps reversed.

It’s still rough on the edges in some places but it’s just when you look closely but given the price it’s something that didn’t bother me the slightest.

It’s located right between Kotor Old Town and Tivat, on the hills. The view is absolutely stunning. Apart from that the staff is exceptionally helpful and nice. Our room was spacious with everything we needed, including a washing machine and a dishwasher. The pool is suberb!

It is not their fault but there is some building works going on behind the apartments so sometimes a bit of noise however, I couldn't hear it my room.

A truly wonderful place, with an amazing view, very confortable and beautiful rooms, a clean and pleasent pool and not to mention the extremely kind and generous staff who is available 24/7. Definetly will recommend to friends and family and would love to come again if I ever revisit the Bay of Kotor.
