The staff at Casa Manor were extremely helpful at all times. Even prior to our arrival they were quick to respond to our queries (over WhatsApp). In fact when we had some clarifications on the room, they promptly provided us with a video of the room which demonstrated a really great approach to customer service. Even during our stay, they were always ready with suggestions for dining options, assisting with booking various activities as well arranging transportation to various places. Would definitely highly recommend Casa Manor and we will book again the next time we visit Montenegro.

Not much the hotel can do about it but the other guests were very loud until late at night.

The hotel is centrally located and while close to the beaches, still in a quiet area. The decor is beautiful and the rooms well styled. The staff is very accommodating and speak English well. The food in the restaurant is excellent. The free wifi works perfectly.

There is no buffet at breakfast, you get one dish (and it's small) from the menu and anything extra for a fee. Even at dinner the portions are small. The beach is not private and does not have sunbeds.

The hotel is beautiful and tastefully decorated. Spacious room with balcony and sea view. Free parking. Matilda's service from the front desk is above and beyond. Very close to the beach. Very tasty breakfast and dinner. 10 minutes easy walk to the marina (Porto Montenegro). 10 minutes drive from Tivat airport.

It was a shame the beach wasn’t ready when we were there, though understandable given the peak season hadn’t started quite yet.

The room was spacious, with a lovely sized balcony. The restaurant for breakfast and dinner provided excellent, friendly service and the food was delicious. The location in Tivat was perfect, quiet with an easy walk to the port. A fantastic hotel to explore the bay from.

Shower head wasn’t working as intended and air con issues at the beginning of the trip but the staff helped to sort this out. And despite these minor things we would 100% stay here again

Had beautiful views and the rooms were lovely, they had a modern touch and were very clean! I personally loved that they were using rituals toiletries, really made it all the more lux. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and would give us cost friendly recommendations, easy to contact reception staff with the use of WhatsApp. Walking distance to the Tivat waterfront and all the restaurants and shops

The room tended to get warm, and the air conditioning struggled to cool it down. Additionally, the overhead fan wasn't functioning properly, though the hotel staff were aware of the issue. We also noticed that the fridge generated a lot of heat, even when the cupboard door was closed. To mitigate this, we often kept the balcony door open, though this sometimes meant being exposed to noise from below and occasional cigarette smoke. The minibar prices were on the higher side (like in most hotels).

Casa Manor Hotel truly is a hidden gem. The decor is stylish and the staff incredibly welcoming. The rooms are spacious and modern, equipped with convenient USB C/B charging points. We appreciated the provided towels, bathrobes, and shower products. The bed was comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised by the lack of noise from neighbouring rooms. The TV offered a good selection of channels, although we primarily used it for music. Our room boasted a balcony with a breathtaking view of the sea and port. The restaurant provided a pleasant dining experience, with outstanding breakfast options and attentive service.
