We arrived without groceries expecting a restaurant but it was not open - and there was no market anywhere near. We walked 500m to a nearby guesthouse where the owner kindly catered a vegetarian meal for us! Bathroom occasionally had a sewer smell and the water pump made some ongoing noises.

Charming log cabin apartment- felt like a chalet in the mountains. Wonderful view and nice balcony. Nothing nearby to walk to but fairly quiet but for the odd passing vehicle. Good location for visiting Ostrog monastery.

I was so happy and impressed, that it silenced any criticism.

This mountain house few kilometers close to Ostrog was absolutely stunning! It is an ideal option for families or group of friends. All photos are totally authentic. I have travelled a lot, and this accommodation is a top winner on my list. Kitchen was equipped so much, better than my own :) We felt like somebody gave us their home to live and not the place to rent! There are cheaper options in Niksic and Danilovgrad, but this home provides the next level experience. If you plan to visit Ostrog, I recommend this house with my whole heart. It provides peace, fresh air, comfy beds, stunning views and the divine energy as it is very close to Ostrog Monastery.

The grounds were a little run down, overgrown gardens and rampant vines. Definitely in need of a little TLC.

Great communication from the host, who went out of his way to organise local transport and to keep in touch with us. A lovely spot along the mountain pass, with a great little restaurant less than a kilometre down the road. Wish we could have stayed longer.

the only thing which bothered a bit was a shower, because the curtains don’t really keep the water away from the floor. but, it wasn’t a big deal.

everything was great! From friendly Alexander greeting us at our late arrival, to very very cozy little two stories house with a balcony and little garden right o front of the house.

Breakfast was super: spicy sausages and fried eggs, cheese, tomato,cucumber. Drinks were orange, tea and strong coffe. We continued our trip very satisfied.

Just tiny details. Missing blackout curtains in the room as it was very bright early in the morning. Plates and cuttlery were provided but would be good to have them inside the bungalow beforehand.

Helpful and welcoming owner. It was a nice experience staying at this bungalow, well built and mantained. Parking inside the property, which is itself within a 10 minute ride to the monastery. Would definetely stay again

It’s easy to find. Just by the main road. the property is EXTREMELY clean! AC works perfectly and it just feels so homey and cozy. Aleksandar the host was super nice and welcoming. Honestly perfect!

We arrived late in the evening, but Alexander was waiting for us. He showed us our appartement and I was very astonished. It was a small wooden house with a terrace in a green surrounding with plants and flowers. The appartement was excellent fitted with aircon, bathroom, refrigerator even with cold beers, water and juices inside. We enjoyed happily our first evening in Montenegro sitting late at night in front of the appartement looking over the valley in the dark. We headed forward to Monastry Ostrog next morning and then towards to the north, although the accomodation and the surrounding would have been worth to stay for a couple of days.

It is quite far from any grocery store or restaurant. We didn't want to move after arriving, so make sure you have something to nibble. Breakfast is also not available. In the bathroom, I bumped my head twice in the hot water tank. Pay attention - it is located quite low.

- we were expecting a quiet place but unfortunately the road is the only access to the monastry and there a lot of cars passing by at all time (even during the night and early morning) and some of them are honking whatever the time of the day - you may not like this place if you are sensitive to noise and to light (because the room has no occulting curtains)

- very well located next to the Ostrog Monastry - we were very well welcomed by the owners and the neighbour (Anka) who even offered us some coffee while waiting for the room to be ready - great view on the valley - charming and typical building and very well maintained - easy access to the place with a parking space (though the road is narrow but as everywhere else in the mountain)

Curtains on the windows should be in some darker color, cause there is no privacy, you can see everything through the existing ones. Also, bathroom curtains very short and Bathroom is very small.
