I dinned at Dulcinea last October to end my 2023 summer season and decided to open the 2024 summer season by staying here. Great location, amazing view, awesome food, and very welcoming hosts with a great sense of humor. Will come again, and who knows, maybe as a married couple this time (inside joke with the owner).

The old town is a maze! Parking is quite far away but they plan to get a motorbike soon to help carry luggage to the property. Had the basic amenities but they’re still renovating so some fixtures still have to be mended (like soap dispensers etc).

The owner (Armend) was lovely and gave us a free upgrade. Watched the sunset from our private balcony which was stunning. Clean property.

Should put few extra directions in the old town.

Host was really welcoming and offered us with home made dates, welcomed us from entrance and showed us around. Got also free room upgrades! Clean and spacious rooms with great facilities, great value for money! Thankful for stay and really impressed with breathtaking view. Would recommend for everyone!

We came here as 3 couples. All of us were very happy to stay here. Owners were very attentive and friendly. Especially the food was very good. We ate amazing fish for dinnet. Squid was legendary. Rooms were clean and the view was amazing. You should definitely stay here when you come to Ulcinj.

The trashcan in the bathroom hadn't been emptied, and it looked like mold was growing in one of the coffee cups in it. There's nowhere to park that is super close and doesn't require a lot of steep walking, and it's all uneven cobblestones and stairs, so you can't roll a suitcase.

The view from the balcony was beautiful. The room was comfortable. The restaurant was lovely and served delicious food. Old Town was really cool.

The room is great, but it could be more updated and some small things like soap and shampoo are missing, the towels could be better quality, toiled paper also... The shower was dripping so maybe a new one would improve a lot. But it was a great stay! You only access the old town and the rooms by stairs. If you have accessibility issues, maybe avoid it.

The location is fantastic, in the center of the old town. The business is family owned and they whole family is super, super nice with you! We asked to stay one more day and they even gave us a discount. Room is confortable and the view from the balcony is super. The hotel restaurant is also very good!

Host was very helpful and nice, he gave us lot of information about the city. Room had beautiful views and was quite clean, maybe bathroom should be renovated a little. They also have family restaurant. Food has very good quality and the stuff was very professional (especially owner’s son who told us a lot about their family business). Highly recommended!

The shower was not up to par. It didn’t offer cleaning services during our stay. The photos advertised were of the restaurant and not of the room balcony.

I liked the heritage of the castle where it is located, and that it felt very safe because of its location. I also liked the view. The AC was very good also.

We had a family room and double sofa bed was not really suitable for two older children as it was too small. We fed this back to the owners however and received a good response and resolution.

Villa Dulcinea is right in the middle of old town. The restaurant Dulcinea is 1 minute walk away were you can enjoy your breakfast overlooking the bay of Ulcinj. The dinner in that restaurant is excellent for a good price. You have a beautiful sunset view from the balcony and hanging seats to relax after a day. The beds were comfortable.
