We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

RomaniaSome of the staff had some difficulty with speaking in English, but that was not a very big dealbreaker since they were also speaking Serbian, a little German, and I think there was one more language that they have offered us as an alternative; in our case, we have exercised our German, and when none of the languages we felt comfortable with failed to do the job, we have gone with using Google Translate on our phones to translate into Serbian, and all was fine - although it might seem like a small hick-up, we loved that we had the opportunity to interact with the staff in other languages rather than English.
The hotel has a restaurant where we had our breakfast and also took dinner in the first day of our stay, which was wonderful. We were also delighted to be surprised by a very varied self-serving breakfast containing lots of options from fried eggs, to croissants and some traditional mini-donuts (in my case, the sausages - wursts - were the stars of the breakfast). The only downside, but naturally understandable, was that only the first day was the breakfast served as self-serving due to the low number of clients that were hosted during our stay. The hosts and staff were extremely friendly and helpful with all our requests and questions. The rooms were very comfortable and we also had a balcony where you could have a cigarette if you were a smoker, or where you could leave your towel or equipment for drying or airing if it is your case. The private parking is right next to the hotel, and it is equipped with CCTV so that you can rest assured your vehicle is safe (very important for us since we were travelling by motorbikes). There are multiple touristic attractions nearby (Durmitor Nat. Park, various hiking routes, etc.) and also the hotel is located pretty close to the restaurant areas of Zabljak and also supermarkets & gas stations (yet again important because of our bikes).

SerbiaIt's TOO HOT! The radiator regulator is not working! The heating is working all the time on max during the whole night. It's impossible to sleep on the bigger bed near the radiator. The air is super dry and you need to sleep with an open door somehow. The quality of the mattress is very poor. In the bathroom drawer left in my hand when I wanted to open it - it was broken. It's clean in general but I found some hair on the wall in the bathroom - just on the center of the wall. Rug near the bed was wet I don't know why. Noice from the street is so loud - barking dogs, cars (because you just can't sleep with a closed door). When we left the hotel nobody was there in middle of the day.

United Arab EmiratesCrumbling building with weird interiors, old almost broken furniture, old scratchy sheets, no A/C or any way to make the room cooler other than opening a window to a noisy local road, same only window featured views on heavy littered roof of the ground floor. Parts of the door lock were missing. No one greeted us at our checkin, I had to figure out myself how to pay for my stay. 20 min walk to the city centre. Breakfast was basic. I understand that the hotel might be understaffed due to summer season but I'd recommend to choose this place only as a last resort.

LuxembourgFirst, Nobody was at the reception when we arrived, we had to call to have someone (not friendly) Then, the hot water want working in the entire hotel and nobody told us I discovered it when trying to take a shower. The hotel was in difficulty to let us know when it would be solved. They didn’t suggest alternatives. The bathroom wasn’t clean, I was surprised for a 3 star hotel. Finally, they made a mistake with the calculation of the final price… I will not recommend this hotel!
