The air conditioner is only in the living room. Although it is powerful enough to handle both rooms, you can't afford to close the bedroom door for the night - it will be too hot. It is hardly a disadvantage if there are only 2 guests.

The apartment is very comfortable, spacious and in a good location. Nice sea view. The beach is across the road, very clean. There's also a small store nearby - 2 minutes walk uphill. Milan (the host) was very friendly and helpful. Cleaning services meet expectations: always clean sheets and towels.

Everything was great.

Great location, very close to the beach and main attractions. Host was incredibly polite and helpful with everything. Super clean and comfy. During our one week stay the cleaning lady literally changed sheets and towels every two days which was surprising to us since in most apartments cleaning is done only once if you stay for one week. Internet connection super good. Kitchen had everything you would need even if you cook 3 meals a day in the apartment. Highly recommended for everyone to stay here. You will be taken good care of.

Very clean and modern apartment close to the beach and supermarket. The apartment is well equipped and located in beautiful Becici but an easy walk to Budva. Host excellent and always available. Cleaned regularly and cleaned to a high standard. We spent a week here and wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you Marco 😁

Very nice appartment, cosy and clean. The house is almost new. Beach very close, you just have to cross the bridge over the street. Many restaurants closeby. Host Marko is awesome: Very helpful and quick responding. Couldn't wish anything better. Highly recommended!

Everything was amazing, the owner was super cool. Very kind person and check in was smooth. It was not in the city of kotor, but in a quite area. In the middle of kotor and sveti stefan, we could walk to both places. It was about 40 minutes to kotor and an hour to sveti stefan. But the walk is superb and there are little cute tunnels . There are few restaurants near the accommodation. We really enjoyed it. And the room and bathroom is super clean.

Amazing location. Beach is just only 100 metres away from the apartment. You can find everything you need in 5-10 min walk, food shopping, bars or restaurants. Marko was very hospitable and helpful. he responded every our request immediately and kindly let us to check out much later. rented car we kept at the underground locked garage.

Amazing location, beautiful apartment, Marko and the lady who works there were both very nice and let us check in early. They also kept our suitcase until the room was ready. Would definitely stay here again.

the house was new and super clean, well organized. it was near to the beach, supermarket and pharmacy. in 5 mins with the car you reach the center (old town). Marko has been super! extremely kind and helpful! I highly recommend it!

The one and only issue was the noise from the road outside. We were on the first floor, its possible that in higher up rooms the noise isn't as loud - so you could request a room on a higher floor. If not, sitting on the balcony in the evening is not a peaceful experience with cars constantly passing. With the balcony closed you can't hear the noise from inside.

Location very good close to the beach and within walking distance to neighbouring areas of Rafailovici and Budva. Room was excellent, all facilities you would want. No air con in bedroom but not an issue - turn on air con in main room and leave bedroom door open - its good enough. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Helpful host, he responded quickly to messages left via booking and organised travel to the airport.
