The a/c systems in neighbor appartments were installed during our stay which created some noize. Internet connection was a bit laggy.

The place is quite fresh. We were first to live in apprtment right after it has been constructed. Every room has air conditioning system. Bathroom is very good. Kitchen is a bit small but enough for holiday. Owners were extremely responsive and helpful. Also, there was a 'pool' of linen and towels, mops, toilet paper available so that you change them whenever you feel the need. There was even a vacuum cleaner available. Good idea btw, didn't see this in any other place.

WiFi was decent only in the bedroom and hallway, maybe because of apartment positioning (AP 1), but that didn't bother us much (we had good mobile roaming package).

Clean, spacious, air-conditionedoned one bedroom apartment with 2 balconies, free garage parking space, good location (short drive to the best beaches, fish restaurants on Bojana and Ulcinj old town), few shops and bakery close by...

A clean linen change and maybe a floor sweep every five days would be appreciated. We had a faulty TV in our room - the owner did his best organizing a repair, but failed during our 10-day stay. No fuss, we had our laptop and excellent WiFi :)

Excellent facilities and great location. The object is in mint condition, and so was the room. We didn't use the garage as there was a parking lot available. Have in mind that if you want to visit nearby beaches you have to go by car, especially if you're going with children. The apartment was spacy and wery well oriented, so we didn't use AC climate at all, even though there were two (one in each room). Beds were comfortable. I have to point that there were clean towels available 24/7 which was great!

Very nice clean and new spacious apartment not far away from the "big beach". The place is calm and cosy with small shops nearby. Small underground parking with direct access to the rooms.

Enough to say this was my second time at this property. This time, I will especially point out the location which is superb, considering the 6PM traffic jams in Donji Štoj and the fact that it is right across from the street leading to Copacabana beach. Besides, the owners are very nice and helpful - we had an issue with our car upon leaving and they helped us a lot, so everything was resolved very quickly and painlessly.

The property doesn't have breakfast, and the location was quiet and not far from the main road.

The appartment was clean, but not super clean. Was fine though!

As I was travelling in autumn, I had the whole building for myself. The host came to hand over the keys. The appartments are nice, with enough space and relatively well equipped. You can walk to the beach (10-15 minutes), to Ulcinj you have to take the car (15 minutes).
