Forza Mare is stunning. Overlooking the bay, we thoroughly enjoyed watching the storm roll over the hills & the lightening show from the sanctuary of our balcony. Staff were very welcoming and genuine. Nice touches like fresh fruit in the room, chocies on the pillow & ample choice for a quality breakfast.

Above all, the staff made this visit particularly special. The spot on the Bay is sublime, the lounge chairs, the quiet (town is very busy so it was nice to be away from it all), the food, the room. I was fortunate in that my room was upgraded. The balcony was fabulous. All was glorious, truly. But the staff, particularly Daniil, made me welcomed beyond measure. I'm an active person who likes to see and do it all. At Hotel Forza Mare, the only thing I wanted to do was be at the hotel. The philosopher Naquib Mahfouz said, "Home is not where you are born, home is where all your attempts to escape cease." That is how I felt on this stay. Truly glorious. Thank you.

The quality of the restaurant which was too expensive for a poor quality. The pool that is always in the shade. The noise in the room (you could hear the other guests and the receptionists talk from the room). No clear water shower on the private beach when you get out of the lake.

Together with my wife, we chose an independent week-long trip around the Montenegrin coast, so we stayed in 5 different 4-5 star hotels in different cities during 7 days. This hotel was truly exceptional and deserves every one of its 5 stars for a relaxing adult retreat. The hotel has a very helpful and professional staff that ensures not only precise cleanliness, but also takes care of all the guests' needs (starting with a private spa area, ending with excellent solutions for establishing separate small leisure areas and a gym, where the inventory is really sufficient). We were also pleasantly surprised by the abundant and very tasty breakfast, which we enjoyed while admiring the enchanting view of the Bay of Kotor.

Everything was perfect.

EVERYTHING! Gorgeous room and balcony with incredible view. Lovely , kind and helpful staff. Perfect beach and swimming area with amazing dining options . This was by far my favorite accommodation on my month long, 3 country trip. The location was absolutely perfect for me. I wish I would’ve stayed at Forza Mare for my entire Monténégro stay.

Our room was pretty small and located in the reception/hall area, so it was a little noisy.

Very calm. Suitable for people who are exhausted & need to relax. Beautiful scenery. Very clean & spacious rooms. Very welcoming staff. A special thank you to Darko from front desk who was very helpful as well as Daniel & Alexander at the restaurant. Though very young, Daniel & Alexander were very attentive and very professional. I wish I know the names of all the staff from the front desk and the restaurant to thank them in person for being helpful & cordial.

There’s nothing that can be done but having your room straight into reception is a bit odd !

No negatives really. Booked one of the more economical rooms, which in itself was very nice but for the price would expect a better situation rather than door into the canteen and window onto scaffolding of next door property.

Acomplementary bottle of still water on the bedside table as part of the turn down service would have been a nice addition to this other wise perfect place.

The see-through glass bathroom door was extremely uncomfortable as there’s no shade to pull down either. The lack of mirrors was an issue especially since the lighting in the bathroom is not good, particularly for girls who want to put on make up. The decor is pretty but not user friendly.

Great staff and very nice facilities. We had to be moved to a sister hotel which was perfectly fine, were treated with great respect during the move. Breakfast was good despite having few choices, they were tasty. Lovely atmosphere and wonderful view!
