The owner is punctual. The view from the room is something unforgettable! The apartments are stylish. When we arrived, a bottle of fine wine was waiting for us as a compliment from the owner !

Apartment was humble but clean and well equipped. Stairs may be a challenge for those with mobility issues.

A fantastic experience with a gracious host, lovely location, STUNNING views, and great beaches within a 2-5 minute walk and beach beds were a steal at 10-15 euros for two people. Highly recommended! Neno was incredibly kind, going above and beyond and helping us with airport delays which instantly put us at ease after a long journey. The area felt safe and local, with hardly any tourists around. We enjoyed nearby beaches and beach bars just a short walk away. The apartment was cozy and well-equipped. We especially appreciated the washing machine, which came in handy after many beach days.

The lack of public transport to get to Tivat or other places. But it seems like it’s the problem not only in that area. My recommendation: rent a car and explore Montenegro while staying at this apartment overnight.

Okay, the view is absolutely amazing! I mean, everything else is really good, the apartment itself, equipment, Neno the owner of the place. But the view is just something else! And the beach is 2 minutes away from the place!

I liked everything. The superior view, warm check-in with a complimentary bottle of wine. Great location almost on the beach, with parking. The helpful host. Definitely recommend it.

It's worth working on cleanliness. When we checked in, the kitchen was dirty with rests of the food, the bathroom floor was not very clean either. This spoiled the overall impression of the apartment.

Amazing Seaview! Apartments are located on the second flor. Everything needed you can find in the apartments. The owner met us when we arrived and kindly allowed us to check in ahead of time. Location is very comfortable near the ferry. It is very good variant if you are going to visit different parts of Montenegro.

Everything was perfect, but most of all - the view from the apartment. Apartment is located farther from the city centre, but taxi services are pretty cheap if you don’t plan on coming by car. The apartment had useful facilities, such as hair dryer and iron. The host was kind and welcomed us with a bottle of champagne. We recommend this place if you plan on visiting Tivat.

Apartment is on a prime location near the beach. The view is incredible! Possibly even better than on the photos. We arrived at 22:00 p.m. which was not a problem for the host who readily met us where the GPS guided me to. Easy to find I would say. Building is on a very steep incline which did try the limits of our fully packed car the first night. The apartment is on the second floor, unfortunately not disabled-friendly at all and if you have any sort of leg-related issues I don't think you would be OK with the stairs (v. steep). Everything was clean, nice temperature with the air-con. We got complimentary champagne, cold water and a whole watermelon which was so nice and welcome after many hours of driving and travelling. Would gladly return :). p.s.: friendly advice --> don't accidentally turn off the water-heater like we did (thought it was a blind switch below the light switch) and then go off to the beach only to come back to a shower with ice-cold water, lol.

Well equipped apartment with stunning sea view! Beach just 1 minute walking. The super host is extremely nice and welcoming. A free private parking is available. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to everyone.

- The bed creaked so badly when one of us turned over that we could not sleep. We eventually moved the mattress to the living room and slept there for the rest of the week - The apartment was not cleaned very well with hair and spiderwebs in the corners and the shower was dirty and did not drain properly. - The host was initially very polite and communicated well UNTIL we gave him the above feedback out of courtesy before posting here which resulted in a very unprofessional rant via whatsapp. It was an unfortunate bitter end to our holiday.

The apartment was very dirty and not cleaned properly for a while as I found insects in the spice bottles and moths flying out of old food left by many previous guests. I threw out a full rubbish bin of old unhealthy foodstuffs. The shower was disgusting and also not cleaned properly for ages as full of mould and dirt. It was so bad I didn't take a shower. I did point this out to owner so hope he does something about this for future guests. Very noisy as main road is close by.

Neno the owner is most welcoming and the views from the apartment are stunning. The welcome pack of wine and orange juice is a treat especially as you sit on the terrace overlooking the bay with all the boats sailing along. Apartment is quite spacious but tiny bathroom and compact bedroom but nice to have a washing machine. Good parking
