First of all, we booked our stay for my girlfriend's birthday, and let me tell you, they really did their best. I contacted them in advance to ask if we could arrange a pleasant surprise for her, and nothing was too much. They decorated the room with balloons, rose petals and even made a special cake just for her, OFCOURSE her birthday was already made because of the hospitality the owners and staff give you. Furthermore, the breakfast was always great, location is close to the beach so u can just take go for a swim whenever you feel like. Also there are plenty of things to do and see in the neighbourhood.

Not negative but just a friendly recommendation... Since rooms have small fridge then 2x bottles of natural water would be nice to have as refreshment after long trip. Also beside 2x tea bags it would be nice to have instant coffee as Nescafe or something similar together with small spoons and some sugar.

Excellent family run hotel on good location for your visit in Budva. Hotel is new and good equipped, location is easy to find but not in strict center... It's located within 15min slow walk from beach, shops and restaurants, +few minutes more walk to the Old Town. Hotel has it own parking which was excellent for us to park our motorcycles but in peak season maybe there won't be parking spaces for all regarding hotel/parking size. We rented twin room which is little smaller in size but good equipped and excellent for few days stay, bathroom in our room was excellent and spacious. Room was perfectly clean as was the rest of the hotel. Breakfast is excellent, freshly prepared, good variety of food and enough choice for everyone's taste... Perfect home made cake prepared by the owner. Regarding staff which are owners of hotel, we have only good words for them. Keep up the good work! All in all very good hotel and definitely recommended! Value for the money 10/10 Location 9/10 Cleanliness 10/10 Breakfast 10/10 Staff 10/10

Small thing like need for maintenance in areas

The location is perfect . It is in quite area and within short walk to the sea front . It is family own and run facility which give it homey feeling . The breakfast was just perfect and prepared with care .

Nothing.just one think It is necessary drying rack for clothes. I mean that when we came hotel The bikini towels wet we have to use chair to dry our swim clothes.

Everything is definelty Wonderful for us. It is family hotel. We feel like our home thank you.

Everything was worth it!

We booked a triple room and they had 3 single beds which it is rare to find in other hotels. The room was very clean, smelled good and it was so comfy. It was near the beach(10min walking) and you can walk to old town around 20 minutes. The breakfast was exceptional, and each morning they serve different menu.

It was not a problem for us, but we have to walk for 10 minutes to the beach.

It was the most comfortable and clean hotel in our Balkan tour. Hotel owner Vladimir and his staff were very warm. The breakfast was great, the cakes were homemade and delicious. I still remember the pineapple cake :-) free parking and close to the city center and beach.

We arrived several hours before check-in time and were told that our room was available without even inquiring about it. Marijana, Marta, and Ivana were helpful, hospitable, and simply amazing. Vladimir was generous. In all, this family-run hotel is a must if you’re looking for that home away from home feel.
