Kind owner, nice outside area to sit and drink a coffee while looking out to the sea. Warm covers in the room. Bedside table and a vanity provided.

It's the most fair price for a private room in Budva, there's good wifi, free coffee and beautiful view.

Unfortunately the hosts do not speak English at all so it was quite hard to make ourselves understood even when asking about basic, important information. The place is up a hill. Great location if you have a car, but not ideal for backpackers, especially in summer.

The place is very quiet and spacious. The hosts are welcoming and offered us rakya on arrival! We thought this was very nice.

The wifi was really bad, a lot of the time it was barely working at all and the rest it was very slow. We work online which was almost impossible here and even sending messages or doing quick Google searches was very difficult with such poor wifi. The room is mostly decent but we didn’t really like how the walls were so thin you could easily hear others talking in the hallway or other rooms. The bathroom smelled quite bad when we arrived and at times the smell got back later during our stay, too. There was no trash can in the room (even in the bathroom). The room was mostly clean enough but for example the fridge was quite dirty inside so it seems that they don’t pay a lot of attention to details when cleaning. There is a little kitchen in the hallway next to the rooms which we were unsure if we could use since the hosts didn’t really tell us anything about the property but it looked quite dirty so we didn’t even attempt to cook. The location wasn’t a problem for us but if you don’t like or aren’t able to walk up partially pretty steep hills then it might be difficult for you. Overall the place wasn’t terrible especially considering the low prices but we have stayed at better places for similar or lower price. I just think many of these issues would be very easy for them to fix.

Considering the low price the stay was fine. The balcony is nice and has a good view over Budva. The location was fine with us because we didn’t mind being away from the center where it was quieter.

Super place with super view! Could be more clean, but kindnes of the grandmother may cross all minuses. Her hospitality with Easter cake and eggs was priceless:)

The fridge in our room was filthy, I bought some disinfectant wipes to clean it. There were only 2 plug sockets and one was for the fridge or TV, you can't have both on.

Some renovatiom would be necessarry, lights are uncovered, just a bulb were there,.I didn't find the trash bin There would be more space without the single bad.

Aircondition was fine, the thermal insulation is so good that at nighttime you dont even have to use it all night, just one hour and the tempretaure is ok all night and morning.🙂Flat Tv, comfortable double bed, good wifi. I like the silence, the private parking, the beautiful view.This small apartment is good all in all, maybe some renovation and airfreshener and it will be excellent.Bathroom was clean.Not too far from the center, though its up on the hill, by car it takes 2-3 minutes.Im satisfied for this price.Owner was kind.

The property is uphill and it requires a bit of physical exercise (but I did know that). And I would not choose this property for longer period of stay - just a night or two.

it is a bit far from city center (25min waking) and far away from old town (45 min waking) and it’s located up in the hill, which is a steep way to reach it. so if you don’t have a car, just keep it in mind. For me it was fine

the place is comfortable and clean. it has a kitchen with some basic kitchen utensils, which for us was great because we wanted to cook. the owners doesn’t speak english but this wasn’t an issue for us. all in all it is a great value for money.

It was relatively clean, but under the bed and behind we had a lot of dust. the property is on the hill and taxis re quite expensive.

The stay at Georgijevic room was very pleasant. The location is good, a bit up hill but manageable. It is a quite part of the city, in proximity of old town which can be reached through a short walk along the shore. The view from the room is amazing and offers panoramic scene of the city and hereby island. The accommodation offers a small kitchen with basic equipment which is practical for making coffee or tea. All in all, it is good value for money if you are looking for low cost stay in Budva.

During summertime at evening time there's no water. Unbelievable , I've waited 40 minutes in the shower with shampoo on my hair, for the water to come up again
