How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Nice modern rooms, person at the reception very very friendly
Good place to stay in busy Budva. Good breakfast , but for some Germans could be maybe better. Orange juice never 100%. To countryside a new house will be build . Just started may 2024. in the night mostly silent area . 15 minutes to old town, 10 min to the sea with restaurants

Breakfast on the sunny covered patio was lovely, loads of choices. The room was large, very modern and had lots of storage if you were staying a while. There was parking available out the front and in the underground car park - first in first served so think that in high season you'd have issues to park. We traveled in March and the parking was full. Short walk into the town for restaurants, sea views and the old town

Lots of building work going on around the hotel and in the town more generally. A bit surprised by the extent of the building works around Budva. We preferred to get out of the town to quieter areas but the hotel itself was in a quiet part of the town.
Clean, wonderfully friendly and helpful. Good communication. Modern hotel, quality decor. Good parking, lovely garden for coffee, good location, easy to find. Quiet area. Great breakfast. Room tidied and made up even as we had breakfast. Cool room - air con worked well. Big TV. All in all, outstanding.

Nothing worth mentioning. Probably the view from the 1st floor is not something special but it's an open space.
Great breakfast variety for the hotel class. Daily towel change. Clean room. Comfortable enough room, keeping in mind it was a room for two converted for three people. Kind, polite and helpful reception staff. About 10 - 15 minutes walk to the old town.

Everything was good!
Very clean boutique hotel with private parking and friendly staff. Large room with comfortable bed and great shower. Good location, 3 min walk to the promenade and another couple of minutes to Budva old town. Highly recommended!

Only the chairs in balcony needs to be replaced ASP
The first impression soon as you walk in Hotel is the reception desk and the lady was perfectly friendly. Everything was perfect except the chairs in the balcony needs to be replaced .

The only thing we could find that could have been better was that the breakfast trays with eggs, bacon sausage in weren’t turned on to keep them hot, they were cold, however it did advertise continental so expected cold dry foods and not hot, also had a fair bit of noise late one night from children above, not ideal but it’s a hotel and can’t always be helped

Hotel staff was super friendly and welcoming. Receptionist help us to find schedule for the festival in Herceg Novi the next day. Facilities look fresh and clean. When we told that balcony chair was kind of broken, it was replaced with another one. Good location. Breakfasts were really good.

Nothing to dislike. 15 mins walk to old town and perhaps a further 5-10 to Mogren beach to keep in mind.
Amazing hotel. Everything was perfect. Rooms were of good size, clean and tidy with a small balcony with excellent views. Washroom was very good with all the amenities and possibly the best shower I have seen in Montenegro. Close to old town around 15 mins walk.

I would like thanks to Slobodan and Jelena who made our holiday more unforgettable. They both are amazing and taking care every each guest very well. We love the hotel and location of the hotel is amazing, very close to Budva Old city. For sure we will be back.

I didn't like the weather during my check out :-)
Very pleasant host and staff. Very clean room. The breakfast didn't include porridge or any other type of "kasha" but it was quite delicious and food was very flavorful. I had the best sleep in ages. It was possible to check in earlier. Also, the host helped me with a transfer to the airport himself and it was cheaper than taxi ;-)
