No free parking available here, which is a bit confusing in the listing. You need to park at the entrance to the town and pay 20 euros per night.

Perfect place to stay in Perast for a couple (not suitable for families, if friends, let them know in advance to separate the beds). Kitchen, washing machine, comfortable sofa and bed. Nice family hosts who live downstairs. Right in the center of town, you can hear the waves lapping from the bedroom!

We liked everything!

Our three-night stay at Apartments Gudco was perfect in every way. Magical. Our very comfortable and spotless apartment was beautifully appointed with a stunning view of the bay and with every possible amenity. Our host was exceptionally warm, welcoming, and accommodating. We would stay there again in a heartbeat if we should have the good fortune to return to enchanting Perast. Thank you!

This was completely my fault, but since I booked weeks before the trip, I assumed that I had entered credit card information and would be charged upon departure. However, they operate using Cash Only, so we had to do some quick thinking to come up with the Cash to pay. Not an issue at all, just my fault for not clarifying prior to checking out.

We loved our 3 nights at Apartment Gudco. The bedroom had a window which overlooked the Bay of Kotor and it was so gorgeous to wake up to that view each morning. Our teenage son used the pullout couch in the living room, so that was helpful for us traveling as a group of 3 people. The would have loved using the outdoor patio for meals, but it was super rainy the whole time we were there, so that wasn't an option. There are 2-3 little markets close by to get supplies for breakfast. The larger grocery store seemed to be closed, but the markets had adequate supplies for breakfast or picnic lunch.

Hmmm, can't really think of anything. Except, if you have mobility issues, this place is not for you, as it is up two flights of steps on the outside of the building. Not a problem for luggage, as the landlord carried up my case and I stayed for several days.

This was the highlight of my trip. A lovely apartment in an old building in a central place, yet having a feel of calm and quiet. The terrace at the back of the building had great sunshine most of the day and felt private, with greenery all around. I loved the view from the bedroom windows on two sides: straight down to the water and the coast road (mostly used by pedestrians) and the boats going back and forth to the island in the Bay. I felt in the middle of things (I love to follow the goings on around me) yet it was calm and private as the building was set back a little bit, with a little open square in front. There was a fully equipped kitchen in the front room (bedroom and living room/kitchen were separate) and the bathroom was down the corridor to the entrance so if you were staying there with others you wouldn't disturb sleepers when using the bathroom. I loved the way the rooms were decorated, especially the bedroom. A very good bed, too. As a caution, I should add that I was alone, the apartment next door with which it shared the terrace was unoccupied, so I don't know what it would be like with neighbours on the other side of the wall, and sharing the terrace (a table and a clothes drying stand for each apartment separately). Also, it was the end of the season so I guess the number of tourists from the cruise boats docking in Kotor was lower than at the height of the season. Having said that, since the cruise boats dock at Kotor, the vibe in Perast gets nice and calm towards the evening. One more thing: there's a lovely place to swim just beyond the museum, a stone's throw from the apartment.

Amazing place! The room is a fully equipped apartment with all the facilities you need. Located in the middle of perast - absolutely perfect! Parking is outside the town/city - but given the size of Perast, it is only a 100 meter walk. Loved our stay, would stay here again.

The apartment was lovely, very nice, clean, amazing view in the bedroom, comfortable and has absolutely everything you need. There is also a terrace where you can have breakfast outside and enjoy your coffee. The owner and his family are truly amazing people, very welcoming, they helped us with everything, made sure we had what we needed and were always there for our questions. We hope to come back soon!

The TV wasn’t working but we were only really interested in turning it on to kill time while the weather was bad. The fact that it didn’t work really didn’t impact on our stay at all.

Everything!!! It was in a perfect location and inside was roomy and so comfy. We were able to do a load of washing and just relax while the weather turned a little wild in the afternoon. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a simple evening meal and the bed was the comfiest we’ve slept in so far during our 5 weeks on the road. We loved it so much we immediately booked a second night with the host who lives downstairs.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The location was just perfect: we had an apartment with a sea view and a balcony at the back (where we enjoyed our breakfast). Everything was near by: restaurants, parking lot, the sea with a little beach. If I come back, I will definitely stay here again!
