Loved it ! Excellent host, lots of activities to bring people together, great kitchen, garden and overall common area. This place has all the facilities and features that make a great hostel where you end up overstaying because you can call it home. Good location, between the bus station and the beach and lots of cafés, restaurants and shops around. The host put so much effort into running this place and has attention to every details, and organise outside trips, or sunset tours. One of the best hostels I´ve been to! Totally enjoyed the company of Coco. He helped a lot, went together to the lighttower, crystal beach and did a bonfire. Just amazing. Thanks for everything :)

Like many homes in the region, this one was built for hot summer weather, so when it's not warm, it can get pretty cold. Luckily there's an electric space heater in the dorm room. The common area and the kitchen are cold though. The second thing is that the main floor bathroom sink doesn't have hot water, so you'll have to use the bathtub faucet or the second floor bathroom if you want hot water. The kitchen sink hot water is broken but should be fixed soon.

The comfortable outdoor space, the cute cats, the relaxing hammocks, the bon fire, the friendly and laid back guests and staff, the DAILY cleaning. There's a reason the hostel continues to get good ratings.

Everything! The owner was super friendly and helpful, the hostel clean and nicely decorated, with attention to detail, they organize trips or events(e.g. bonfire) with the guests. I will definitely go there again for my next stay😊

Seriously the best hostel manager I've ever seen... Does everything possible to make everyone comfortable and happy.... Excursions, nights out, tips, and help with anything else... Great location exactly 10 minutes walk to either the bus terminal or the beach.... A fairly good kitchen, and a nice big courtyard.... Wifi is very decent too. Overall, a very friendly hostel with a great mix of chill and party vibes

This place has everything a backpackers' soul is looking for: a great atmosphere, huge and comfy living room, nice kitchen and garden perfect for both, socialising and relaxing (hammocks included). Amazing activities organised by the host Koko in and around Ulcinj (Sunset at Velika plaza or crystal beach, boat tour to a pretty special cave, light house and remote beaches, bike tour to a lake with Flamingos, hiking in a pine wood and along beautiful rocky beaches). My pro-tip for women: a beauty day at ladies beach, including the clay treatment and mineral sulphur water springs. Enjoy!

The hostel was really great! Located close to the old town and local amenities with nice common area and some hammocks to chill, you can relax there nicely. The kitchen was fully equipped and the beds were comfy. The owner is a great man, he will help you organize your time with tours, etc. so that you definitely will not be bored! I would highly recommend this hostel while staying in Ulcinj

Very nice hostel, it's 20min away for the beach but it's in the middle of a lot of typical restaurant and market (less expensive than the tourist trap along the beach). There is a very nice mood in this hostel, mostly thanks to Koko, who is organising a lot of things for guests (boat tour, hike trips, partying.. ). Like a lot of people, I stayed there more than I thought when I arrived !

The comments you see here about Koko are for a good reason. He is the best host you will find in Ulcing, either if you are tight on time and want to be active or you just want to relax, he will manage to make you feel at home and have a great time. He is constantly proposing trips and activities with other guests, so you will never be bored! Aside of that, the place is very centric and away from noise; beds are extra comfy, kitchen fully equipped and best thing: resting areas, both in the living room and the garden are excellent to chill, work on the computer or gather with other guests. It can't get any better. Thanks so much Koko for your kindness, I really hope to come back.

The beds are very comfortable, the garden is really nice to hang out in (there are hammocks and turtles!), the home is spacious and there is plenty of space to work and chill. Koko is also very very nice and is one of the most helpful hostel owners/ managers (not sure which) that I have come across.

If you visit Ulcinj it is the best place that I can recommend. It was the best among my all reservations in this summer. I booked a day for the hostel but when I arrived there I prolonged it to 3 days and cancelled my Budva plans and changed my booked days for a hostel in Kotor so as to stay in the hostel longer. It is so easy to socialise with many people from different countries because an atmosphere this hostel created was kind of unique that I couldn't find in other hostels that I booked later. The hostel manager is a brilliant guy and you can get advises from him about where to visit in Montengro. They arranged tours for sunset away from city center and on the coast of Adriatic sea. I had to miss a boat trip because the sea was wavy so it was cancelled but try it definitely as you are in the hostel.
