Lovely hotel, yards from the entrance to the old town, next to two supermarkets and minutes from the small Kotor beach. Staff were really friendly and my room was huge/lovely - highly recommended.

The location is perfect. Old town is just around the corner, the hiking routes start from the same street. It was just great as a location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There are multiple supermarkets close by, definitely worth it.

The place is perfectly located - a few minutes walking to downtown. The breakfast choice is all you need, and our room was super spacious (living room + bedroom) and had a nice Mountain View. All in all - great value for money.

Due to historical reasons, no lift was installed and we had to carry our luggage to the second floor (luckily helped by a staff members.

The hotel is located just outside Kotor old city with a huge balcony overlooking old town. The apartment has a lounge and huge bathroom. The breakfast was served well after some confusion over the menu. It takes about a few minutes to get to the old city via a city gate. A shopping centre is just opposite the hotel though we did not have time to visit.

Unfortunately the heating was very hot in the apartment, I asked the staff to fix the problem, and after that most of the area got better, but in the bedroom to the left remained still too hot to sleep well. Breakfast needs improvement, especially butter! And coffee might also need a change.

Rooms were far more beautiful than on the pictures. We had a spacious apartment with a special view to the city and the impressive mountians. The staff was extremely helpful. Nearly everything was within walking distance.

Personnel was very helpful and very nice. They allowed us to park our car into their parking place. He even helped us to take our car out, from a difficult position because of the other parked cars.

The location is great, near to old town. It is very easy to find. Milos, the host, is great and very frendly .He made sure that our stay at the hotel was pleasant. The hotel is very clean. Breakfast is also excellent. if I decide to visit Kotor again, I will definitely choose Hotel Tinas again

No free/cheap parking (closest 15 minutes away, I do not mind, but someone might). I wish, as always, for more hangers in bathroom, for towels.

Great location, courteous staff, clean and comfy, nice style (retro with old books and inventory in hallway), satisfying breakfast. When you leave the hotel, across is a large mall, behind you old city.

Eveything has been great.

The location is perfect. Its a short walk to the old town at the north gate of the fortress. Close to mall, atm banks, resto and shops. Parking at the property is covenient as there is no need to look around for parking space. Delightful breakfast that is served hot with juice and coffee. Staff are welcoming and engaging. Room cleaned and tidied up everyday which makes it more relaxing when coming back after a long day of wandering around the city.

There is nothing I can think of.

The place in general is genuinely nice and cozy. The breakfast was great. The staff is exceptionally helpful, and we felt at home while staying at the hotel. The place is only 2 minutes away from the old city center if you are taking a walk. We parked our car near a place owned by the hotel. Don't forget to reserve a place for you if you are going to use their place for parking.

There is nothing we did not like about the hotel. The only comment relating to the town and not the hotel specifically is that parking is at a real premium. If you are hiring a car and travelling to the town parking can be a bit of a lottery.

Great location, situated a short walk from the old town; very convenient 24 hour convenience store less than 100 metres from the hotel and large shopping centre opposite. Room was spacious and comfortable with good aircon and large balcony. Staff supper helpful. Breakfast well presented, plentiful and tasty!
