Space in front of the hotel should be cleaned, even though it is not the property of the hotel. It is permanently dirty when you walk to the beach. I mean the stairs down to the beach. And you have to clean the beach in front of the hotel as well. Please try to arrange a proper sun light umbrella on the beach and not those cheap one which flight away when a small wind is blowing. Please take this input as a criticism to improve and to attract more guest in the future, which you will for sure.

Room is nice, food is good. Personnel is nice. I can recommend this hotel for a family stay.

The hotel was amazing! If I would have to sum up my experience in one word it would be - comfortable. Comfortable beds, beach loungers, pool loungers, outdoor sofas on the terrace. The room was clean, the food was delicious. The staff was extra nice, even when having several requests like I did. The hotel has two open pools with bars so you can really enjoy sunbathing in peace. I will definitely stay again.

Very helpful staff. Great location right next to the beach, with free places for hotel guests and crystal clear water. Perfect spacious room with a lot of facilities, including free safe, electric kettle and coffee maker, fridge, and blackout curtains. Room was very clean and quiet. We have a sea view room, which has a big balcony. Breakfast and dinners were very tasty with quite good assortment, good variety of meet at the dinners. There is a bus stop like 200m away from the hotel with public transport buses to Budva each half an hour. And grocery stores in walking distance. We would definitely love to stay here again.

Only the things where the hotel has limited/no influence: the hotel construction sites next to the hotel, stairs towards the beach were old and dirty, stray cats (some sick) near the beach, weak lighting of the street promenade towards the restaurants and bars.

The hotel itself is wonderful: new and stylish rooms and facilities, spotlessly clean, very kind and helpful staff, great location almost on the beach (just a small road/walking path separates it from the pebbles), nice breakfast, a convenient and safe parking place close to the entrance, unforgettable view from the rooftop pool... Had an amazing stay!

Wooow what a place! My husband and I enjoyed it so much! Everything is amazing here… the staff, the room, the facilities, the breakfast, and is very easy and quick to get to Budva Old town, by bus or taxi. We can’t wait to go back to this hotel! Our highlight was to enjoy the rooftop with a cocktail and enjoying the swimming pool and the views! The staff was very nice and professional, they even gave us an upgrade in the room which we couldn’t believe it, we got an amazing room with stunning sea views! We literally didn’t want to go haha Stay here if you can, totally recommend it!

Smoking from people when breakfast and smoke from other balcony, miss a gym, that you have to buy all from Mini bar restaurant no free bottle water, noise construction but not hotel can do, no easy transport without car.

My ONLY suggestion would be a sign nearby the roundabout on the main street indicating that the hotel entry is located below. Google Maps is suggesting a car parking in a very strange spot! :D

Everything amazing! They were over our expectations. Since the gently and well prepared staff, until the delicious breakfast! The beach underneath is nice for families and the hotel location as well.

- Staff, especially in the restaurant, was not very motivated and "skilled" (e.g., one waiter constantly dropped cutlery) --> did not create a very welcoming atmosphere (however, the bell boy and one waiter at the bar was super friendly and helpful) - Beware that the building next to the hotel is currently under construction (however, no works during our stay) - Until next year, the hotel does not have a "private" beach (i.e. you have to share with other beach guests) --> it would be nice if the "best" sunbeds are reserved for hotel guests - Breakfast could vary a bit

Nothing. We couldn’t find one fault with it. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone. It may be 4 Stars, but it certainly punches above its weight.

Everything. The hotel was so much more than we expected and the staff were just fantastic. They couldn’t be more helpful and succeeded in accommodating our needs, especially with a 20 month old toddler. It seemed to attract the right clientele and we mingled with most of them.

To get to budva center it could be a ride in car of 10-20 min very depending on the traffic.

Great value for the price, we got upgraded to big rooms with a sea view. There is a 2 beautiful pools, one of them on the roof. Its 2 min walk to the beach.
