Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

PolandThe dining area is super crowded. It really makes the meals not pleasant. The resort is visited by families with many children, which are running around, screaming etc. Public resort toiltes by the sea are very dirty, no soap and locks. It is quite hard to communicate in english with all the staff other than the reception.
The resort is located by the sea, with free sunbeds for the guests. There are 4 bars with usually no queue. The rooms (Hills) are nice, it takes a while to get to the beach or the dining area but it was okay for us. You can view sunsets from the beach everyday. The staff is doing their best to keep everything clean, but there are too many people to handle it. The staff is quite nice, especially at the reception. The location is great. There is a bus station near the hotel, the bus will take you to Sutomore, Bar or Stari Bar. You can also book a ship cruise with a couple of stops for sightseeing (Petrovac, Budva) and swimming (Hawaii and Queen's Beach). There are a couple of nice beaches nearby that can only be reached by the boat (Queen's beach, Vezirova beach). There are a couple of boats taking people there on the other side of the town.

SerbiaRecycle bins of the restaurant should be moved somewhere else. Smell is hard while going to the restaurant or to the beach (there is an option going to the opposite side, but it's definitely something what gets big minus in my rate). Changing towels doesn not happen each day neither cleaning rooms although it should be. But you can ask for it. Women who clean the rooms are really nice. Bed is not so comfortable. Food in restaurant: 3/5. Restaurant must be air conditioned and better organized (people are crazy with moving like they don't know where are going). The man who is in charge in the restaurant must be more kind to the guests! Water in the rooms is not recommended for drinking (it makes me anxious if smth is not healthy, especially in case when my 3,5 years daugther caught stomach virus). Loud music outside in the evening when you are trying to get some sleep. There is no hot water durung the night hours (we needed it because of already mentioned stomach virus). Pharmacy in resort is more cosmetic oriented. First real pharmacy object is 15 minutes walk from resort (near Hotel Montenegro).
Resort has a potential. Interesting construction of main building. Complete resort has good base. But there is a space for improvements. I liked private beach: clean and nice especially for families with kids. Free parking. Rooms are well designed. Sky beach bar is very nice with excellent view. Regular beach bar: so-so. Pizza in restaurant is great: it's always fresh, and you can see the proccess of making it (kudos to pizza chef!). Swimming pool is nice. A lot of facillities for children. Good thing is that in working days there is a doctor in a hotel (note: payment of health check is in cache, no option for card payment).

RomaniaFor teenagers there is no place to have fun night. It is just a local but it is not very much show. However, if you want to have fun, you could go to Budva with bus, where party is everywhere.
The food is very good, water very clean, very beautiful panorama, and the prices are ok.

FinlandThis is not resort related, more of a general issue. People smoke where-ever and when-ever, seems that the country laws allow that, so there was no specific areas for smokers. Some people ignored the rules and brought food to the pool area and left dirty dishes there, so those were taken away by the staff during pool cleaning hours only. So the only disorder that was there was caused by the resort guests, who did not follow the rules and did not care enough to leave place clean after they left. And this is also more of a general problem, nothing wrong with the resort. The information at booking website is outdates, so I was a little skeptical. But I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival, the staff was professional and very helpful and all in all it is a good vacation spot.
Friendly and helpful staff. Great views, warm sea and cleanest in the area beach. Resort has it's own beach and pool area. Considerable amount of attractions for children. We wanted a sea-view room, so Snezano arranged us a 2 room with 2 balconies, one with direct sea view and another had a tree so, we could also be in shade during the day for the rest of our stay. Wide selection of food and drinks.

Czech RepublicPoor wifi connection. Staff was unkind. Without smiles, greetings. Vodka and gin were produced by Likerka Drak (please search the case on the internet). Food. The same food all the time. Some was good some was not. There was too hot in the restaurant because the sitting area was outside, and there was lack of airconditions inside, with opened doors. Overcrowded.
Big room with balkony, and King size bed comfortable and big enough for 2 adults and 7 years old kid. Near to the beach, and swimming pools. Slides. Beach at the end of the resort, near cliffs, has nice entrance to the sea and sand. Sun beds, and umbrellas on the beach and at swimming pool, and beach towels included.

UkraineWe paid for our stay on Booking.com in advance, but when we arrived the hotel administrator told there was some problem with seeing the payment in their system so we had to stay one night in different room then what we paid for. As a compliment they offered any massage for me in spa (which they booked for wrong time, and which I wasn’t happy about). Also toilets everywhere in public places are dirty and not cleaned regularly, taking into account the hotel is full.

Bosnia and HerzegovinaThe restaurant was very crouded. There were not enough umbrelas on the beach.
We got a room in the other hotel (inside the resort) which was on the beach and it had an elevator and wi-fi. The food was very good. There is a bar on the beach and a bar that is open in the evening 19-23h where you don't have to pay anything extra.

SerbiaBeach is dirty. Water temperature in the shower was jumping from cold to boiling hot. Every shower was a challenge. This is very uncomfortable. From all AI drinks only the beer is okay. Everything else is horrible, including coffee. Deposit for beach towels. I just paid 2000eur, do you think I will steal towers, really?
Located in a small and quiet village, no parties in the evening, no loud music from surrounding restaurants till sunrise. Hotel and rooms are clean and freshly renovated. Food is relatively good, some menu items are very good.

United StatesSpa/massage was not available as advertised. Garbage everywhere on the beach. Smoking allowed everywhere including the outdoor dining room, there should really be a designated smoking area in the dining area. The food was recycled, whatever wasn’t used for lunch was transformed into something else for dinner. My husband and daughter got food poisoning and had vomiting and diarrhea. The playground felt run down and could use some sprucing up. Everything just felt a bit grimy.
Short distance to the beach and swimming pools were clean.
