Fix furniture, replace it.

We were living in separate house. Almost all furniture was broken, except beds. Electrical sockets are located inconveniently, mostly blocked by furniture. There is only one electrical outlet for the refrigerator and TV. The furniture is arranged inconveniently in the rooms there is almost no space left. A closet covers a window on the first floor. There are few lamps in the living room, it is very dark in the evening. The toilet is very cramped. The stairs are steep with children so be careful. Suitable for short stay. It is not convenient to live in such a house for a long time.

It's a hoax, they are selling "Junior Suite with Balcony Boasting a private entrance, this suite comes with 1 living room, 1 separate bedroom and 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower and a hairdryer. Featuring a terrace with lake views, this suite also features a seating area and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The unit has 2 beds." Well, in fact you get a bog standard room with no heating while the temperature was 11 celsius outside and max 14 inside the room, the room me and my 15 or so friends stayed, didn't had any heating, we were shocked by this fact. I would not let a dog to sleep there. The breakfast was very basic. It's an awful shame that they don't make this place better, which has a great potential

The room details are completely incorrect in terms of facilities and views. We booked multiple rooms. Towels were missing, showers not working, quite small rooms, thin as paper walls, creaking floorboards. Perhaps the cabins were better. Staff wasn’t friendly and rather bummed out about checking us in and handling our complaints about missing or broken facilities. Also, they tried to charge higher costs than indicated in our booking.

Rude staff, dirty bungalow, poor breakfast though lunch was good... If you want cheap night it is ok but if you want quality night with clean facilities this is not the place.

Koncept etno sela je dobar, lokacija fenimenalna, ali ovim projektom se treba baviti. Apartmani koji su u prizemlju imaju veliki problem ukoliko je apartman iznad zauzet, bukvalno vas hod gostiju iznad vas uznemirava do te granice da ne mozete da spavate. Tus kabine u veoma losem stanju, prljave i od kamenca. Paucina na sve strane. Dorucak je los, najavljen kao svedski sto medjutim imate 3,4 izbora i to je to (jaje przeno/kuvano, sir, salama, cajna , pamidora i krastavac). Definitvno se manjak radne snage (koji je i vise nego primijetan) najvise odrazava na gosta. Televizija u sobi hvata samo dva albanska kanala i nijedan vise. U restoranu usluga na jako niskom nivou, kao i izbor jela. Nema nacionalnih jela karakteristicnih za etno sela, i za kraj u kojem se nalazi.

Etno selo se nalazi na samom Plavskom jezeru, pejzaz nezamisliv, zaista ostavlja bez daha. Zaposlena Miljana se trudila da nas boravak ucini sto prijatnijim uprkos svim nedostacima.

The hotel has a special ethnic atmosphere and nice location right by the lake.The staff at this hotel are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable . I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting here.

Although the place looks modern from the outside, the quality of the commodities and the service is pretty weak. There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms, staff is unorganized and bathroom was clean but lots of stuff didn’t work. considering quality/price ratio we had way better experiences in downtown Plav.

Great idea, but poor realization. Terrible management. The restaurant has an amazing view, everything else is a disaster - from offer to service. Very unpleasant experience with the waiter in the afternoon shift. The content of things in the kitchen was poor, the toilet remembers better times. The phone number listed on booking.com page is invalid. I also noticed on reviews that staff replies immediatelly on bad comments, instead to learn from them and improve. The most of the photos existing on booking.com are not realistic.

The nature is outstanding by itself. It is a great start point for exploration of the beauty of Prokletije. The young receptionist we met at our arrival and the cleaning service were good.

The bathroom must be much better equipped. In fact with a little effort it can be quite OK.
