What is there not to like ?! This hotel is impeccably superb and stands out in Tivat. The classy design of the rooms and public spaces is wonderful. Rooms are very comfortable, you can see the owners thought of absolutely everything including convenience to charge smartphones. The breakfast was just lovely, I ordered scrambled eggs and they are the best I ever had anywhere else in the world, no exaggeration. To top it up, the customer service is what distinguishes this hotel positively. Everyone has been attending to all our needs and happy to do their job. Please keep it up La Fleur 🌹

NetherlandsLa Fleur Boutique Hotel is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at! The hotel is brand new, very clean, but the best part is most definitely the staff. The service was outstanding, everyone was very friendly. They even noted it was my birthday and arranged a very lovely surprise. We cannot think of any points of improvement, we had a perfect stay and will definitely come back!

United StatesLa Fleur exceeded our expectations. We were so happy to have stumbled upon this sleek and well serviced newly opened hotel. It has so much character as well as top notch service, the staff makes you feel so comfortable and taken of. They went above and beyond in their service helping us organize a boat day, even get tickets for a concert. We also really enjoyed the kitchen. Lovely and fresh breakfast in the morning as well as access to a fantastic rooftop restaurant and bar, that you must check out. They have a French chef in house who puts together wonderful plates. We also enjoyed the relaxing spa, that includes a sauna and masseuse. Again the design and comfort of La Fleur was one of the best, great rooms and beds. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting Tivat and Porto Montenegro.

RussiaBeds were super uncomfortable. The other room we booked had a mattress topper (which didn’t really do much anyway) and bigger variety of pillows. Another room was the exact same but it didn’t have the mattress topper and I had to ask for it couple of times. Duvets and pillows were pure synthetic and very uncomfortable. The windows and the balcony were dirty. Housekeeping staff were doing “their job” for 5 minutes, only changing towels and making beds. The nightstands and desk were covered in dust and some of my clothes were on the floor and they weren’t even moved from there. The laundry service was also bad. I put my laundry on the bed as said, they didn’t take it until asked. They also used too much detergent which made my clothes sticky and smell way too much. I used laundry two times and in between them they didn’t even put the fill out form. The panel to turn on “do not disturb” or “please clean” signs were not working. Every time we closed the windows the AC started to work and it was inconvenient as we stayed in March and we didn’t need to use AC, yet it turned on every time and I had to turn it off manually. Also every time somebody exited the room light were turning off. It’s not comfortable since I traveled with family and not everyone was exiting at the same time. For that price, I expect bottled water to be free. Water was not in fact free and was very expensive so we had to buy water in supermarket which is very inconvenient. The parking was horrible, in a huge puddle. It was in the construction and not comfortable at all. Spa and sauna were absolutely horrendous. The spa in fact did not work, which we didn’t know before I came to spa, no one was there. Sauna was smelling like mold and the pool was also dirty. We did not even use the spa because it didn’t even have rooms for spa but it was one chair behind the curtain. Ice machine did not work and everything in spa was dirty. Near hotel there was a construction.
In the restaurant there was amazing waitress. Staff were good, especially in the restaurant. Location was great, near Porto Montenegro and close to amazing restaurants. Rooms are made and built great, soundproof and overall beautiful. Sea view rooms had two toilets which was very useful and comfortable.

MontenegroBreakfast options were pretty poor, mostly slices of cheese and pastries, and we ended up eating somewhere else. Also, the air in the hall was a little stale, probably due to hotel being out of season.
A nicely-located small hotel with a cohesive interior design. There is enough space in the rooms and all the necessary amenities inside. Wi-Fi was decent which was nice. There were also a SPA and a swimming pool, though we were too lazy to use it.

IsraelWe came to celebrate our honeymoon. Almost every day of our stay there was a glitch or problem. It started with the room being partially set-up, only for one person and not for a couple (Later we discovered that it was generally partially prepared, with some of the necessities missing such as the conditioner and also a garbage bag in the bin). The next day there was a problem in the hotel with the hot water(which wasn't their fault, yet we had to wait a while and they came to check if we knew how to run the hot water.. which was disappointing). On the third day there was a smell of dampness in the room and we asked them to check, the receptionist said it was sorted and checked, but we arrived and found out that this was not the case. They moved us to a new room, which to their credit I have to say it was an upgrade from the previous room, but the A/C in it was very weak and they had to turn off the electricity in the room and then turn it back on, and then there was still a problem, they tried to increase the power from the central system and it didn't work, and in the end a technician also came. So during a 4 night stay we had 3 days where we had to ask for help, which caused us great inconvenience. To the hotel's credit, the staff was lovely and helped as best they could and we also received partial compensation, but it is still a very disappointing experience from a 5-star hotel.

BelarusThere was a coffee machine and a kettle in the room, but they didn't put me capsules for coffee and tea. I also found a used tea bag in the teapot, which had apparently been there for several days, judging by the smell. Also there were no cotton pads in the bathroom. Very poor quality of food - poached eggs were fried in oil, buratta was not fresh, but defrosted with pieces of ice.
New beautiful hotel in Porto Montenegro. To all restaurants and the promenade a couple of minutes on foot, from the room on a small terrace there was a sea view. Large cozy room, comfortable bed. There was a kettle and a capsule coffee machine in the room. Nice spa, but the marble slippery floor is very dangerous when leaving the sauna, you can easily fall and hurt yourself. I want to note the good work of the staff. Very responsible, caring hotel staff. Any problems that arose were quickly resolved.

United Kingdomas the hotel aims to position itself as a 5*, the cleaners should pay more attention to details. they left couple of dirty glasses in our room (posed as clean) and didn’t clean up during the day or before nighttime.
