Location was as expected. Breakfast was OK, could have more bread and juice options. Personnel friendly and helpful, although not all of them could speak englisch.

Lovely clean and well managed hotel. Very efficient and friendly housekeeping staff. Our room was very comfortable and well equipped. Our balcony provided a beautiful view of the sea and bay. Comprehensive and tasty continental breakfast. It's always well stocked. We enjoyed the pool area with plenty of sunbeds and parasols.

Coffee at breakfast is so so, espresso from the bar for €1.5 is slightly better then free Nescafe from machine. Small gym next to swimming pool on rooftop was locked. Not sure whether staff would open it for you as I was not bothered to ask. Sauna was out of service.

Nice hotel in the heart of Rafailovici in Budva area. Room with sea view was great. Good breakfast served. Really great small swimming pool on a rooftop. Short walk to the beach.

There is no outside parking, and the inside one is paid 8 euros per day, I think it is too much to pay plus 60 euros for a week

Parking is difficult expect troubles however the Hotel does the best to accommodate all customer wishes.

A bright smile a upgrade and we can do attitude at the reception. It was so good to have some exeptional customer service after all. Breakfast was great big choice of quality meat cuts nice cheese all fresh and yeasty all the time refills. Pool a bit cold but nice views and great to cool down. Room was very specious and nice.

problem was only with parking , this big hotel has only a 5 parking place , you can go on central parking or look for place on the road by hotel , but our car was crash on the road 😑🤯

We were (4p family) in the hotel over 10 days. During the stay everything was ok. The People working in the hotel were very helpfull (thanks for finidng place to store my sup board :) ) and friendly. Service on the top level.

Breakfast, allways the same. Hotel parking in garage is to small for all the guests, you are not able to place reservation for parking lot up front and it is very difficult to get parking place in high season in vicinity of a hotel.

The pool water didn’t seem to be changed/filtered at all during our stay, or may be we haven’t noticed. We stayed on the top floor and the water pressure form the shower was quite weak. Too few fruits at breakfast, and no yoghurts or juices

The Hotel is relatively new, modern interior. Very clean. Cozy lobby. Our room was spacious, we stayed 2 adults and two kids, and had two balconies. The hotel offers dinner menu of three courses. It was homy and tasty food, portions were huge, at least for us. A few beaches nearby, and plenty of restaurants. Busstop and bakery, and a convenient store are quite close to the property.

The roof pool area wasn't the best ever, at least the pool circulators wasn't on, there is no pool bar and the opened sunshades are easily fell over after a bit wind.

Very friendly and polite staff, the receptionist was really kind and helpful if we had any questions regarding the area around the hotel. The location is also great, nice restaurants and beaches around. Our room was very spacious and clean.

The hotel is not located in Budva, but 5km away. Don't count on taking a cab to the city, they are not reliable. The parking situation is rather problematic.

The hotel is great and clean, staff is nice and forthcoming. Hotel is located next to a beach and there are some restaurants and bars near by. Breakfast is good.
