Well, I loved it all actually, great old palace with all modern facilities. No lift, but it is understandable as no changes to the exterior of the old building are allowed, and there was someone available to kindly lift the bags up to the third floor if needed. Perast is a small and very busy place, so obviously parking is a premium, but it is possible to park just outside on the road, and the concierge will come and collect you and the luggage in a golf cart. Good service if required. Wonder a little at the glass door in the bathroom in the room, but I made my partner promise not to peek. So that was fine as well.

The staff were the most helpful I have ever met, informative and so pleasant. Lovely breakfast, either indoor or outdoor location possible. Outdoor location so lovely, out on the waters edge. See for miles across the bay. Even though late down for breakfast, the food was still fresh, huge range of dishes. We felt cared for!!

At the property we felt most welcome from our arrival to day of our departure. Hospitality and kondness of our hosts, from reception staff to room maids even exceeded the beauty of Perast old town. The property finds itself is set in the center of old town, on main street. It is on walking distance from the public parking lot, and host provided us a lift with electric cart. We stayed ad twoo room appartment wich was tastefully designed, cosy and spotless clean. Rich tasty breakfast is served in the restaurant next door, on a beautiful terrace next to the sea. We had our dinners with the view there too, great food, great wine list and last but not the least, great hospitality. To sum it up, great stay in Perast, by all means worth repeating.

The hotel provides an impeccable experience from A to Z - it's location can't be beat, it's gorgeous design-wise, the team is super friendly and responsive, and, unlike many non-branded properties, the ergonomics are on top, from room finishings to soundproof. Highly recommended for a stay in Perast.

Breakfasts are disappointing especially when served as buffet. The restaurant for breakfast seems to be separate from the hotel, so the food and service there are not matching the hotel level.

Wifi did not work, it was late so noone was on duty to help, thus failed to watch a movie via tv( There was very small bedsheet, definitely not enough for 2, we failed to reach personnel - found one warm blanket with no covering… No actual parking by the hotel.

Stuff is amazingly friendly and helpful, quietness, solitude location. Great historical surrounding, fine design with resoect to the history. Nice breakfast garden

It was a super hotel for a super weekend with my husband. The hotel fulfilled all our expectations for this special weekend. Very good location, a very warm welcome from the staff, very ready to help with what we needed. The breakfast was very tasty and plentiful. We have returned to this hotel several times and we would return as often as we had the opportunity, for the quietness of the good accommodation, the cleanliness, of the location and all the facilities it offers.

Only thing I did not like was the fact that it was said it had e morning buffet but they had a small breakfast menu.

The staff is very friendly, we had a long ride but they had the warmest welcome, so it made it easier.

This was by far one of my favourite hotel stays. The location is absolutely fantastic, rooms were clean and comfortable and both the staff and service were exceptional. I hope to return here soon! Restaurant attached to the hotel was great spot to return to in the evening after exploring the surrounding area. We ended up having two very tasty dinners with excellent service by lovely lady named Svetlana.

Hotel location is perfect. Building's old texture is amazing. Breakfast is good. Hotel staff are very friendly, sincere and helpful. When we arrive the entrance of Perast they picked up with electric cart. We didnt even wait :) We stayed in sea view room and it was so fabulous. Silence was perfect.. Toilette was useful and modern.

Breakfasts were not something you would expect in a hotel like this. Breakfast buffet with limited choice…they did not even bring coffe to the tabe…you needed to order and wait for it to be prepared by yourself.

It is a nice botique hotel. Clean.
