This hotel was an absolutely amazing place, staff were really so accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Maja really looked after us. Just wish we could have stayed a little longer. Highly recommend as a place to stay in beautiful Kotor Bay.

For our entire stay there was a horrible smell in the bathroom (like blocked or old drains). Unfortunately it made the whole room smell. We had to keep the fan on and all windows open.

Beautiful location. Staff (especially Natasha) were really welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Sea view room was lovely - perfect view of the bay and Kotor old town. We stayed in Columbus. Pool area beautiful.

It is good to know that the road to the place is narrow, but the traffic still was fluent, so didn't really bother us. The only thing to improve would be to get a few more glasses and some cutlery to the rooms. Even though there isn't a kitchen, but is a longer stay you want to eat and drink something small in the room.

The location was beautiful. We sat both at the pool and at the shore. Breakfast was amazing, it was a bit different to many other countries, but the variety and the different flavors were fun to try. I have to give credit to the staff, everyone was really helpful and welcoming, and they made us feel cared for.

At breakfast, the items to be labelled, and the utensils used not be mixed being used with pork or put next to the pork.

The property feels so luxurious, you open your window right on to the lake and this end of Kotor feels so peaceful. The rooms were lovely and the bed was really comfortable. Probably better suited to those travelling with a car but it’s easy to get a taxi and only 5-10 minutes to Kotor. Wonderful location. Really friendly staff and the breakfast is incredible

This is a negative that comes with old buildings. Our room faced the bay, but the windows were really tiny. So unless you are at the window, you don't get to enjoy the view from the room. Such a pity. Also, it is a little away from all the restaurants. We had a car, so there was no problem. Went to a restaurant that is walking distance one evening , and we were disappointed. Kotor has fantastic places to eat.

Beautiful waterfront property with gorgeous views . Old stone building converted into a hotel. The room was comfortable, clean and well appointed. Breakfast was included in the room rent. It was quite nice. The staff was lovely, and so helpful. Overall, we had a good stay. We take back lovely memories. Kotor was our favourite place in the entire 2 weeks Croatia-bosnia-montenegro trip.

Fabulous small hotel in a stunning location. Our room was super comfortable, spacious and very clean. There was a great variety of choice for a buffet breakfast. The pool area was relaxing and there was a pier/ platform area right by the water which was very pleasant. The staff were wonderful, very helpful and kind.

Beautiful property, really well looked after with great facilities. The location was great with stunning views over to Kotor and the surrounding bay. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, clean and gave us the sanctuary we needed after busy days exploring. The staff were amazing, particularly Veljko who looked after us really well. He was really friendly and always willing to help; including booking us a last minute boat tour and providing lots of great recommendations. Nothing was too much hassle. We were sad to leave and hope to visit again in the future.

We loved everything about this hotel and couldn't have wished for more. The location is a little out of town and so you need to walk about 20 mins to get to Kotor old town, option walk in and taxi back if it's late.

Beautiful view from our room looking over Boka Bay and seeing the ships sail in. Loved eating our breakfast out by the water sitting on the sun loungers. We would highly recommend a stay at this gorgeous boutique hotel.
