Needs a bit of a revamp in the rooms, I would not change the bar restaurant they are the heart of the place

It is a very good no frills hotel used by the locals which says a lot

There was no shades on windows, so the sunlight went directly into our eyes very early in the morning. The fridge is occasionally loud, could bother a light sleeper. A hook in the bathroom would be handy.

The bungalows are new and very clean. Beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is delicious. Location is on the main road, but it was not noisy.

The rooms were ice cold! It felt like they didn't turn on the heater on time... It was really unpleasant to sleep and take a bath when the weather was -1ºC outside and it was so cold in the room. I would probably stay here again only in the warmer season.

Great location for people in transit, right by the road with free parking. Bojan from the reception was super friendly! The rooms were big and the beds were comfortable.

1) The 1st room we were in was spacious, but run-down. The floors, the doors, the bed creaked. The lock seemed to have been broken a few times... If your height is above 170 cm, it's hard to take a shower because the bathroom is right under the roof and the roof is tilted - there's simply no space for you to stand under this roof :( Besides, there'll be water all over the floor after you take a shower there. 2) The breakfast which is offered for 5 euros consists of poor choice of food: there are no vegetables, no fruits. There are boiled eggs, sausages and muesli. It's better to pay a little bit more and order whatever you want from the menu!:) 3) Wi-Fi connection in our bungalow was weak. But who needs Wi-Fi in the mountains, right? So we didn't bother much:) 4) The boiler in our bungalow wasn't big, so if you're planning to take a shower one after another it's better to save water. It isn't a big deal, I think. Just a peculiarity.

1) We asked to change rooms and the staff made it happen without any hesitation. 2) The food is delicious and cheap in Lovac restaurant. 3) The room we asked for and eventually got (bungalow) was modern, clean and really-really cozy! It is the biggest advantage! Like a small dream home. Besides, there are all the facilities in the bungalow. 4) The location is great: there are shops nearby and you can easily get anywhere by car. 5) Some people on the staff speak Russian, most speak English, and everyone is friendly and helpful:) 6) It's a pet-friendly hotel, they even allow dogs in the restaurant (the part outside, of course).

No toiletries were available in the bathroom, small room size, weak wifi.

We booked the bungalow for 1 night. Room was fairly basic but considering the price it was value for money. Parking was available just outside the bungalow and there were few slides for kids. Bed was quite comfortable and room was clean. Location was decent, 5 min by car to the center.

Is a very convenient hotel for those travelling by motorcycle. Well located, comfy, and good restaurant. Staff is very helpful, rooms are big and very quiet.

It seems that we received a different room, not the one presented on photos as 'Studio with Balcony (2 Adults)'. You have a kitchen, but you have no kitchenware, even no an electric kettle. However, you can boil water in an old Turkish coffee pot 😁 There is one old frying pan which tends to have all food stuck to its surface. The knifes are dull, so we had to use our pen knife. If you are in the bathroom, you should better not lock the door, since the lock is so old that it is sometimes difficult to unlock it. Also, the toilet leaks. Of course, you will not see there any shampoo or shower gel prepared for you. Thankfully there are a lot of towels. Water from the shower changes from hot to cold and you have no control over it. The balcony is so much comfortless that you would never want to spend time there. In the morning you will be awaken by noisy vehicles passing by on the highway. As for cleanness, after check-in we noticed someone's hair tie and a candy wrapper. The room was once cleaned during our stay, however the hair tie was there even upon our leave. If you prefer walking on feet, you should note that it would take around 20 minutes to the center, however these minutes will be spent by walking along the noisy highway, instead of scenic silent walkway. Hope this feedback will be a motivation for improvement. Thank you.

The room is large and light with own bathroom, but these are the only pros.

Surrounding is terrible, construction works right in front of the bungalows, by the same owner. Noisy drilling, dust, constructuin waste. Even without it, location is not very nice. Shower drain was clogged. One bed lamp did not work, reading in bed was not possible.

A very friendly welcome on arrival from Boyan. Boyan was very professional in showing my group the rooms and explaining everything. The food was very tasty. The Appartments were very spacious, although a little tired. But we're clean and well presented.

We stayed in one of the bungolow houses. And the house was heated by an electric stove. We arrived late at the hotel. But the room was not warm. The electricity was cut off during storm in the night and the room became very cold. The next day my sister and I got sick. Also, the kitchen utensils in the room were scarce. We are not satisfied as price / performance.

Hotel personel's welcome was nice. The room look like is same the photos. And room was clean.

1) Wifi for the bungalows didn't work the whole stay (3 days), we could connect only on reception. We asked the receptionists about this several times - told they will resolve, and still nothing worked. 2) Our bungalow lacked hooks in the bathroom to hang towels & clothes, no shelves to put bath & douche stuff. 3) Bed sheets were out of normal size (single for double beds, not stretched).

1) We liked the atmosphere as a whole. Bungalows are cozy, has everything in wood inside. 2) Perfect scenery - bungalows are located close to the forest. Location is convenient with a car. 3) Everything is clean, new. 4) In front of the bungalows, on the parking, there are several swings
