too soft mattress to sleep, for us it was no comfortable, but it depends on people and who used how to sleep. maybe for others this will be ok. there were no welcome water, some apartments have. there were no small shampoo and body gel, also many apartments have. in general - the only problem for us was a mattress, other was good

very nice host, location, we stayed only for one night, so there was no time to get more impressions nearby restaurants and cafe nice view to the sea

As the biulding is new there were construction works going on. And it might definetely affect those who intend to stay in the apartment for a long period of time. Not a big deal if you prefer to spend most of the day outside.

You get exactly what is in the description: a fresh apartment in a brand new building. With its pros and cons. It is light and comfortable, wuth everything that you might need and a good view from the balcony.

Highly recommend this apartment. Big bathroom, clean living room with TV+Netflix. It has small kitchen and great balcony with stunning sea view. We really enjoyed staying here.

Absolutely lovely and perfect place in Bar. The apartment was super clean, with modern and new interior and nice sea view. Ivana the host gave us a warm welcome and even supplied us with some eggs and coffee for the breakfast. One of the nicest accomodations on our Montenegro trip and will definitely come back. Thank you for the nice experience Ivana!

Great place to stay, com fortable, nice furniture, clean, safe, free parking, near center and beach - host amazing simpl y perfect. We highly reccommend Ivanas place.

Good location (only 5 min walk from the beach, next to several supermarkets, lots of cafes and restaurants around), modern building with free parking on the site and reception, easy check-in, sparkling clean apartment, super comfortable bed and mataras, Netflix, little balcony with a sea view, good and modern design, kitchenette with everything one may need for a comfortable stay, washing machine and boiler. Overall, 10 out of 10.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Very nicely furnished, super clean and the host was so accommodating and just wonderful. The location is perfect. Close to the beach for morning walks and beautiful sunset views from the balcony.

No basic toiletries. For a luxury property we'd expect toilet roll and some basic toiletries for the whole duration. Also, more and better pillows available. Kitchen was tiny and, therefore, very difficult to use. We wanted a self-catering accommodation as we're vegans and couldn't cook properly. Very disappointed that four of the seven nights there was partying in the flat(s) upstairs until 4-5am. Again, for such luxury property that is rather unacceptable. This spoiled most of our nights. Property and Bar residents in the area don't seem to care about the stray animals. It's a shame so much investment is put in but the locals don't seem to care. Paying in cash was an issue for us but host was patient.

Very clean and tidy (in fact it was immaculate cleaning wise). Very central but also close to the beach with plenty of parking but would not consider Bar a holiday destination. Size of whole property was really good. Boiler/hot water also excellent. The host was excellent.

Flat is in a new building which is neat and felt secure. Elevators are large and clean. Flat is well decorated,,, it was very tide and clean.
