I really can't think of anything we didn't like🙂

Sonja & Neno are sweet, they made us feel at home immediately, and after 8 days we feel like we made new friends. The Villa is absolutely amazing, air conditioned, and has everything a family can ask for. The pool is a life saver when you have little kids, and it is kept warm and clean. Any request we had was met with a smile and an immediate solution. The house is well kept, clean and finally - THE VIEW!!! was just incredible.

We liked everything.

Wonderful welcome from Sonja and Nero. Equally matched by fantastic Apartment Nero. We loved the pool, patio, bbq and beautiful garden. Good location outside of Budva and toward Cetinje, so you can choose where to head to to eat out and so on.

This is definitely the best location in the Budva region, a quiet, rural spot with magnificent views over the town. The host are exceptionally warm and hospitable and there is always a local grappa on offer! The accommodation is very clean and well equipped, with a lovely terrace and pool area. Staying at Villa Nera is an opportunity not to be missed, book early!

What can I say . Sonja and Neboja were fantastic. They were unbelievably hospitable from the minute we arrived . we joined them for several drinks which was lovely and they let us sample various local dishes cooked fresh by Sonja. They were warm and hospitable providing local restaurants and beaches they recommended as locals. the apartment was clean and perfectly formed. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The outside space was amazing and the BBQ was great. Neboja provided us with coals and BBQ lighters. The view is spectacular and being up the mountain a good 4 deg cooler than nearby Budva. It was a perfect location close enough to town while being away from the chaos below. the view are better than the pictures and do not do it justice.. You need a car to visit Kotor and the local sites as nothing is walkable. This was out first trip to Montenegro and we will certainly be back charmed by its scenery good food and exceptional wine. Nebjoa produces his own which is outstanding. It was an amazing holiday made all the more special by two very generous hosts especially around my husbands birthday. thank you both a gain for making our trip so special .

Lovely stay. Great and friendly owners - Sonja and Neno take care of everything, are helpful and extremely hospitable. It is also thanks to them this is a truly magical place. We spent the first part of our holidays in the center of Budva, but only in Villa Nera we were able to really relax. Quiet, beautiful garden and a great view that can't get bored. The apartment is super clean, well equipped. Pictures do not show the true beauty of this place. We stayed in many apartments, but this is definitely our number one in every respect. We recommend, we recommend, we recommend :) Warm greetings Sonja and Neno:)))

We are delighted with our stay at Villa Nera. It's quiet, peaceful place with great view to Budva and coast below. The hosts Sonja and Neno are amazing, so friendly. You feel welcome and rested, Apartament is well equipped, easy to make your own food, two separate bedrooms. The terrace and the pool is really something extra. It's an amazing experience for a reasonable price.

One of the best hosts that I have had. Neno was so friendly, sharing his culture (and his homemade Rakija and Wine) with us. He recommended restaurants and places to visit, and connected us with locals with whom we could do tours. Sonja couldn't be there but kept checking on Whatsapp if everything was ok. The apartment is on the top of a hill with a beautiful view and is easy to access. There is everything that one could need (incl. a private swimming pool, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, boiler, comfortable beds etc.). I would recommend anyone going to Budva to close your eyes and book this apartment. You will not get better hospitality anywhere else. Živeli!!!

The traffic around the coastal road can be problematic during high season so I would recommend leaving early if you want to head to the beach and find parking.

The Villa is in a fantastic location, with stunning views over the Budva bay and the hospitality shown to us by Sonja and Nebojsa was second to none - from a welcome drink on arrival to farewell drinks on our last night, they are such warm and lovely people who are passionate about their country and do their best to ensure that you have a lovely holiday. The villa itself is comfortable and extremely clean and the pool was ideal for cooling off. There is so much to do in the area and Sonja was extremely helpful with recommendations for beaches, restaurants and activities. Montenegro is a fascinating and beautiful country and we will definitely be returning. I regret that my knowledge of the language is extremely poor but thanks to Sonja and Nebojsa at least we learnt the word for "Cheers" - Zivali!

Everything was alright.

Really great. Many thanks to Sonja and Neno for the family atmosphere. Villa with a beautiful view of the sea and Budva resort, just far enough from the crowded city and at the same time close to anywhere in Montenegro, ideally equipped... that's basically just a detail. We would be very happy to come again sometime if possible.

The hosts, Sonja and Neno, did everything to ensure our stay was memorable. This is a quality place to stay; everything they do is designed to help their guests have a pleasant experience whilst staying. I say "experience", because this went far beyond providing providing accommodation. They ensured we very were welcome, always there for a chat and to pass on their knowledge of the area. The location is excellent, best enjoyed with a car because it is out of town and has great road links for exploring the rest of Montenegro. Parking is excellent and the location quiet. The apartment and the Villa are separate, each enjoying their own pools.

We had a wonderful stay at the appartement! Sonja was a super friendly host and took care of everything. Her restaurant tips are perfect. The view from the apartement is breathtaking. And the appartement has everything that is needed. We will definitely come back! Thank you very much Sonja and Neno for making this such a great travel experience!

Very beautiful villa, everything is clean and tidy, views are splendid, Sonja and Neno are wonderful hosts. It was a great experience staying in Villa Nera. Hope to visit it again.
