Our room was very small and there are no view! We could see only the roof of one small building and we saw the wall and windows of one new big hotel which is 30 m away. I think that they build one more building very close. There were no receptionist on the time we come so we had to change our plan for next day. We wanted to go very early in the morning (with no breakfast) but we had to wait for guests registration. I suggest the receptionist to send the message at least one day earlyer becouse I don't have on-line information on phone (I turn-off the data in the countries outside EU) - probably I'm not the only one.

Easy accessible hotel near main road and very convenient if you travel in the way of Boka Kotorska. The breakfast was good and they prepared it only for 2 people because we were the only guests that night. The beach and promenade to Herceg Novi is only 50 m away.

The hotel's restaurant was the main reason for us to choose this hotel, but suddenly it was closed because of low season. View from our room was not great - another hotel in 10 meters, no chance to see water or mountains. And as a result the balcony is useless.

Very friendly staff, free parking for clients, excellent breakfast, shower accessories including hair conditioner and body lotion, good soundproofing, very clean. Hotel is located not far from the beginning of promenade - highly enjoyed walking towards the old town. Hotel's kitchen provides business lunches for really good price.

Nije mi se dopalo gradiliste pored hotela (nekim danima su cak od 7 radili), pogled sa terase i hrana jer vec u 9 (a sluzi se od 8 do 10) izbor za dorucak je bio zaista oskudan.

Osoblje je zaista bilo divno, hotel je zaista cist.

I would recommend staying at hotel Maksim. The breakfast is great, the location is amazing. Beach is near the hotel, there are different shops and also you can walk to old town Herceg Novi. Also there is a bus station right across the road and the bus takes you directly to the city center. Also, Portonovi is close. The staff was super helpful and the hotel is very clean and new.

The only unfortunate thing, was that from the images i understood that the room has a balcony with a sea view, but a huge building is being constructed in front of the hotel which is completely destroying the view. However, hotel stuff was so nice and offered us some free trips and mini bar to make up for the misunderstanding.

Breakfast was nice, quality ingredients, but not so many varieties and a bit smaller amounts of food brought and regularly restored, which is understandable since it's a pretty small hotel. Dinner which is not included, but was offered with some discount is really amazing, best sea food we had on our whole trip. Hotel was very clean and well conditioned.

Beaches are 3 minutes walking distance. The hotel is SUPER CLEAN, literally spotless and everything is brand new so the rooms are incredible from the beds to the toilet etc. Very very good little hotel with a GREAT BREAKFEST
