The view from my room was amazing. Very clean. walking distance from night life, secluded enough to not hear loud music.

Only inconvenience was sometimes the smell in the room, due to bad plumbing I guess. Breafast was simple but OK.

The view and the service were excellent. The location nearby the old city and the center of Ulcinj too.

The road from old town to the hotel is very narrow and sometimes very busy. No possibility to pass other cars. In the dark tricky, when you have to reverse.

It was not a problem for me but any visitors with limited mobility might have found things a bit challenging. The walk into town is a bit hilly and the steps down to the beach were quite challenging.

The hotel is in a particularly beautiful location, the view of the bay from the rooms is extremely memorable. The roof top bar is a very nice place for a cold beer and a quick snack while taking in the view. Another point of excellence were the staff who could not have been more friendly or helpful..

Location was incredibly beautiful and peaceful. Seaview is exceptional. Staff was so helpful and friendly. Room was really clean and comfortable with large balcony. Restaurant and beach are great too! Everything was great!

how lovely every single staff were. They helped us during our stay. Even during the stay Zuke went out of her way to help with organising a surprise for my boyfriend’s birthday. Not to add that their food is really good. Everyone really stepped out of their way and really made us enjoy our stay.

I traveled to Ulcinj a lot of times in the past and this time I decided to go to Maris Hotel I felt completly different in a good way, the place was so quiet, clean the staff was so nice the views were amazing. I recommend to all of you and I will never go any other place when Im visiting Ulcinj.

Little things that still needs to be work on will be done I am sure as the hotel is fairly new. We had great stay so they can be easily overlooked;)

Absolutely charming, beautifly decorated hotel with amazing views, stunning rooftop terrace, friendly staff and very nice breakfast. Special thanks to Zuke who made the best birthday set up for my partner, it was absolutely unforgettable. Thank you also Nik for taking care of us and all for their great work.

Nothing to do with the hotel. Road to get to the hotel was really narrow and steep, but anywhere you go in europe is the same.

Breakfast was great. Location was beautiful. Steep hills to get to the city and beach but well worth the trouble with the scenery and beachfront and night life.

location at liman beach, this is a little beach with clear water :) also it is very calm. you can walk to the old town within 5 minutes, a walk to the promenade will be about 10minutes by foot. fantastic roof top, interieur of the hotel is amazing, they paid a lot of attention to small details. pool on rooftop is great! also rooms with balcony give you a superb view on the sea and old town.

The kitchen was mediocre at best. They overdid my steak, serving sizes were small and expensive (now you could argue that they were enough, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby that offer more for the same price). Overall, stay was not what I would expect from a 4-star hotel and from this price range.

The service from the kitchen was appalling considering the clain to be a 5 star hotel. Breakfast was OK but the roof top bar and restaurant was very hit and miss
